Not even a half-star. This place has very poor quality, is lying, is unethical, and is fraudulent.

Still not received

I ordered and received the email that it was shipped on early Feb, but still the status remained the same, info received.
I don't know how many times I asked but their replies and responses are like AI.
I asked for a refund several times and now, the status moved to transit.
I have no idea where the shoes are!!!

I ordered shoes from BOMRE on 01/30/2026. As of today, 03/05/2026, the shoes aren't even showing shipped! I emailed and received a response about holidays and delays, but 5 weeks without even being shipped is unacceptable! I've emailed twice more requesting a refund, so far, no response. This has been a total waste of time, effort, and money. I found the exact same shoes elsewhere for half the price and purchased them last week and I received them yesterday! Don't wast your time unless you want to wait WEEKS upon WEEKS hoping they will ship your purchase! Who knows what the quality is... I'd have to have received my order to know. Just HORRIBLE!

Total ripoff. Ordered shoes that were expensive and made of garbage materials. Store would not process my return request after I mailed them back for 30-day guaranteed return after I paid for shipping. Scam.

1 star is generous. I would never make a purchase from this company again. I reached out to them prior to purchase to ask when and where the product will ship. They shared that the product will take 1--3 days to process then it will ship and expect to have product received in GA in 10 days. This is a total lie! They never revealed that the product was shipping from China and there is NO absolute way that the item would be received in time. I have reached out twice about the issue and they do not respond. I needed the product for a specific event, that is why I inquired about length of delivery prior to ordering. Even if the product received is as advertised they are complete liars about the process. Will never order from them again. Wish I would have googled searched them as well because all they have is negative reviews on all areas of their business.

Ich hatte mir in meinen USA Ferien anfangs Dezember Damem Turnschuhe bestellt. Die Lieferung dauerte ewig und kam aus China. War auf Homepage nicht ersichtlich. Ich war wieder zurück in Europa und konnte sie erst, nachdem ein Kollege sie mitgebracht hatte, probieren. Ich kann immer in die Schuhgrösse 37 reinschlüpfen und sie passen. Diese Schuhe waren aber mind. 1.5 cm zu klein. Also wollte ich die Schuhe an die europäische Adresse retournieren. Ich habe viel Zeit aufgewändet die Adresse überhaupt herauszufinden. Schlussendlich wäre die Adresse in Latvia. Rein von den Portokosten nicht möglich. Dann erhielt ich zuerst ein Angebot von 20 % Refund dann 30% und dann 40 %. Das habe ich schlussendlich angenommen. Musste dann aber wieder jeden 2. Tag schreiben bis das Geld ankam. Meine Erfahrung einmal und nie wieder. Also immer erst die Bewertungen lesen.

All items I purchased were labeled online as available to ship quickly, yet I waited over a month for delivery. When my items arrived they were poorly packaged and the quality was akin to a TEMU purchase. I have been trying to return several of the items for over a month and they kept counter-offering my return requests with offers to keep the items for a partial refund. I opted for a full refund and shipped the items back. As of today, they have had my items for 9 days and have not processed my refund and are not responding to my inquiries.

I purchased a “cashmere” cardigan from BOMRE for Christmas. It arrived without tags and was clearly not cashmere. When I tried to return it, the customer service number didn’t work, and after one email asking for photos, I was completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Product did not match picture and smelled like chemicals. They gave me the runaround and never refunded after agreeing to it

I have been waiting three months for an item that never came. The AI customer service agent says they are "looking into it" and won't refund my money. I've been scammed!

Too bad there is not a zero star option. Phone number doesn’t work. I ordered two cashmere sweaters. I spent over $200. They were NOT cashmere. Furthermore, no store label, no size label, no fabric content label, and no care label. Total scam and illegal. Customer service email said I had to pay for shipping back. Imagine that! I had to charge back for the first time in my life!

J'ai commandé un boîte pour lunette de soleil avec une inscription sur la boîte comme proposé dans votre publicité, à savoir :" FERRARI GTC 4 Lusso ". La boîte que j'ai reçue n'avait aucune inscription.

The items sent were not what was represented online. Quality of fabric Terrible. The items smelled. Customer service continuously played games when I asked to return/refund items. They wanted me to return items to Latvia.
I will not suggest anyone order from this company.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I ordered three items the beginning of December. Two of the items I ordered came the beginning of January. One of the items I have still yet to receive. The quality is horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. I have asked for a return label to return the item that is poor quality with no regards to my Request. I 100% would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this fraudulent company!!

They will not give me my refund I sent the product back and no response. They took. The product back and kept my money. Don’t buy form here they are a scam!!!!

Wish I could give a 0. Ordered ‘winter’s veil night’. Weeks to arrive. When it did it was 10 bits of cheap plastic with no relationship to each other that you were meant to build yourself. It was so ridiculous that it was funny. Shame it cost me money!

The package arrived late, and the delivery promise was not honored. Instead of a snow globe, I received cheap plastic parts that I had to assemble myself. The product looks nothing like the pictures. This website is a scam and does not deliver what it advertises.
