I recently had a home battery system installed by Aidan from Bolt Vault UK, the whole experience has been Excellent from start to finish, Aidan explained what I could have, being a electrical Engineer I had a good idea of what I wanted but did not know how to implement it as I already was getting FIT payments and was not sure if I could do this. Aiden explained that it was no issue, we could keep the system we have and just bolt on the hybrid acting as a charger for the batteries. Opted for the Alpha ESS system which is fantastic. Informed exactly when the installer would arrive and have to say this was the smoothest of installations for anything I have ever had. A extra shout out to Aidens Installers, Aiden went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Not only did he ensure that his team install the battery system neatly and professionally, but he also made sure everything was tidy before he left. Finally the price was superb for the additional work required and the installer spent over 8 hours on site making sure it was perfect. The after care that Aiden has provided again has been great with monitoring the system and providing tips on how to make the most of the system. Thankyou Aiden, I will recommend you to anyone who is looking to update or initially install a energy system from generation, storage and EV use.

I have had solar panels installed on the roof of our house for in excess of 15 years,and for 10 years I have been searching for a way to clean them without luck.A knock on the door a week ago introduced me to BoltvaultUk,a 2 man crew who brought my solar panels up to nearly new condition,despite their really poor condition.They used much more cleaning compound than usual,and worked until late to ensure we were happy with the result,which we were,then shot drone footage allowing us to see the quality of the work.I cannot praise the gentlemen concerned highly enough.

One of the best parts was that our original solar panel app had stopped working, so we weren’t able to see any live data. Aidan set us up with a new app that now shows both our solar generation and battery usage in one place – it’s clear, easy to use, and finally gives us the visibility we were missing.

We also asked Bolt Vault UK to install bird mesh around our solar panels to stop pigeons nesting underneath. That’s been a great solution and gives us peace of mind.

Overall, we’re so pleased with Aidan’s work and the level of care he puts into everything. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their home’s energy system.
