I don't understand.....what is the problem????
We used to love their food. We quit ordering the tailgates because the chicken was over fried, small pieces and hard to eat. Now we just get the tenders. Still not perfect mind you. They're supposed to be strips but some are just large nuggets. They can't get the count right we're short a lot...count them before leaving!! If you order extra sides and pay extra for them they still omit the fries which makes no sense. What happened to Bojangles. COVID is over and they should have recouped by now. Please bring back the real Bojangles and send these imposters back where they came from.

I went for an interview last week Monday 5/26/25. Lady walked up to me no hi how are you or anything. with an attitude, she says "write your name here" as she kind of threw or slide the notebook on the table. whatever. the point is she said she'd give me a call back wednesday after she spoke with the schedule manager and i never recieved a call back so i give up trying to get this job. stop hiring old people. they should not be working at fast food at their age

went to the bojangles in concord NC Just off hwy 601 to day. The service was sorry, went in the door and was told just a minute after several minutes someone walked by and went outside to give someone a drive thru order and walked by me and went back to the drive thru window. So I just left since it was clear they only wanted to work the drive thru. This isn't the first time that this has happened. If you don't won't want to work the cash register then just shut it down and only advertise the drive thru. Had to go to Mcdonalds where I got instant servie.

It is more difficult to get a decent meal here than it is to get out of the parking lot. I will NOT solicit this location again!!! They are putting out cold, day(s) old and stale food into previously used bags (I found French fries in my bag during my last visit at 6:53 a.m. that I didn't order!!) The coffee is old and/ or cold. The sugar packets had food stains on them and the attitude of the early morning manager is ALWAYS rude and condescending. These issues must be escalated for awareness to higher management, otherwise, they need to be addressed to the FSA:
Hygienic handling of food – preparation, cooking, cooling, reheating and storage (0).
Cleanliness -handwashing (0) Food safety and hygiene management (0)!! /:|

Bojangles has amazing food, that taste so good in your mouth. usually when i go there the customers have great service and are quick, with positive attitudes.

Bojangles, 5117 Fayetteville Road in Lumberton NC, I visit this location every 2-3 of months to get a 20-piece chicken meal. Every time I am told they are out of some piece of chicken, and they want to substitute. How are you out of chicken ? this time (yesterday) I received 10 wings & 10 chicken breasts on my pickup order called in 30 mins early. How are you out of chicken 30 mins ago.

Powhatan va Bojangles keeps messing up orders tea does not suppose to taste like a soda. Should not even get a star.

Sausage -Egg biscuit virtually tasteless, need some real spicy country sausage? Biscuits always fall apart.

I went to Bojangles in Powder Springs this morning and they added a roundup of .75 to my order. I do not mind donating to fallen soldiers but they should always ask their customers first. I had to inquire about what the .75 charge was for. My husband is a soldier and we donate so I think they should ask you before putting charges on your bill without your consent. When I tried to call Bojangles corporate office it kept hanging up and said they no longer take phone calls.

Delicious biscuits now if only I could make them at home!

I can't recall 1 time we've tried Bojangles that our order hasn't been wrong or items weren't left out of the order. On top of that, the quality has been suffering lately as well - chicken too crunchy, sides not hot, biscuits crushed. The food is NOT inexpensive either. I don't eat at Bojangles often, but after this last meal, it will be a LONG time before I go back.

Bojangles is a southern restaurant that specializes in chicken and biscuits. The restaurant waiting line was long and crowded, people so close to me that I was concerned about catching COVID-19. The cashier friendly, took my order a 3 piece chicken dinner. When the lady called out my order, I looked at the box, my food was crushed inside, that the box couldn't close correctly. I didn't want the crushed food in the box, but she was offering it to other customers, it was my order she read, so I had to take it.
When I got home the box came further apart. The fries were cold and crunchy. The biscuit crushed also. Chicken crunchy but eat-able. I will never go back to Bogangles.

Matthew Kirby, franchise owner is the same man who fired a hard working, black mom of two girls because his cold-heartless, ego-driven, wing-man suggested it.

Then Matthew turned around and completely falsified the reason for wrongfully firing.
Where is your humanity Matthew?

Matthew Kirby will smile in your face today while preparing to let you go all in a matter of minutes.

He would never want anyone to treat his wife or daughters with such callousness.

Perhaps sharing this in the public eye is when he might care…Matthew do better. Black women who work for you work hard and go uncared for and unnoticed. Do better

I went to Bojangles in Augusta, Georgia on wrightsboro. The manager asked me to wait for 15 minutes. After that time I asked how long he said 9 more minutes. It was a little after 1:00 pm on Thursday o 04-27-2023. It was very slow at this time no customers hardly their. I ordered the 8 piece family meal. Manager never offered me a drink while waiting on food. I find this service unacceptable. And they didn't have coleslaw available in the entire store and that makes the meal to me.

They spam my inbox over and over again, even after unsubscribing. I've never signed for their emails because I'm not in the US and have zero incentive to use their services.
