After looking at many positive reviews.. I have decided to book survey for my old Boiler Replacement with Kevin and his team . After visit to property he gave the quote and asked me to check with housing association for condensate pipe work to be carried out externally if not he suggested they need to take flooring and put back on after installing condensate pump to bath waste ..He quoted an additional charge for condensate pump installation internally to bath waste .I have agreed for that extra 500£ for internal condensate pipe work and booked the installation .On the Installation day , Adam and other person arrived on time around 8 am in the morning and asked me to switch off the gas and water connection to carry out the Job and Later after around 30-40 minutes they went out and received call from Kevin stating we need to hold on fire as this required re-survey .

I understand you really wanted Heatco to carry out your installation , however there seems to some confusion as to why I made the decision not go ahead with the work.
The amendment to your original quote was to install a condensate pump and connect a condensate hose to the bath waste, This additional cost quoted did not include or mention lifting of laminate and tiled flooring and relaying flooring and re-tiling once the work was complete. As this was an amendment to original plans and was discussed over the phone, I was not aware of any laminate flooring or tiles. As you can appreciate laying laminate flooring and re-tiling a bathroom floor is not something myself or my engineers are qualified to do.
On the morning of the installation when my engineer highlighted this to me I asked them not to carry out any work until I could attend. I spoke to you on the phone and offered to stop later that day , then I received your email asking to cancel the order, I considered this the end of the matter.
I hope this clears up any confusion and I wish you all the best

Excellent Service provided
I used boilerguide.co.uk to start looking for someone to help after my boiler was declared unsafe to use. I was contacted by Kevin within minutes of receiving the notification who understood the urgency of my situation. From quotes to installation, the whole process was professional and friendly and certainly put my mind at ease with easy communication. The work was carried out and tidied away within the morning. A top notch service.
I just want to say a big thank you to Heatco Scotland Ltd, they really did do a great job. The quote was reasonable and the summary of what work would be carried out was very clear.
When an issue or something that needed an alternative resolution did present itself, it was handled really well, "we can't do A, but how about option B, C or D?". You can't ask for any more than that.
I met a couple of the guys throughout the day and they were all cracking characters, really friendly and polite.
We are really happy with our new boiler and the installation and highly recommend Kevin and his team.

A1 Customer Service Experience.
Called on Monday. Visited on Tuesday. Delivered and installed on Thursday.
Took care of everything from start to finish. Cleaned up as they went. No rubbish. Called the call centre to fix a problem. Left only when I was happy and everything was working correctly. Money was secondary to Kevin throughout. No hard sale. No pressure. Answered my call when I called. Registered all my warranties. Will be using yearly for service. Won’t touch another company again. 10 years parts and Labour warranty. Excellent service and Employees.
