We’ve been using BOGOS extensively with our Shopify store and have worked with their support team several times as our promotional offers have become more complex.

What continues to stand out is the level of support. When we’ve encountered technical issues, including products incorrectly showing as out of stock even though inventory was available in Shopify, the BOGOS team has taken the time to investigate, escalate issues to their development team when necessary, and stay with us through resolution.

Most recently, Naomi was extremely helpful. She identified what was happening with several of our offers, walked us through the correct reset process, explained how to refresh the affected product without unnecessarily rebuilding the entire offer, and helped us get everything working properly again. Even better, we came away understanding how to handle the same situation ourselves if it happens in the future.

That combination of responsive support, technical follow-through, and actually teaching the customer how to manage the system is greatly appreciated. BOGOS has become an important part of how we manage promotional offers in Shopify, and the support behind the application continues to be excellent.

The BOGOS team has truly outstanding customer service! As a Project Manager, I really appreciate how they guide you through every step of setting up discounts and applying them to your store, no detail is overlooked.

Their dev support is a huge plus too: if the boosters aren't displaying correctly, their team jumps in and gets everything up and running right away. The way gifts are presented to customers is also incredibly well-designed and visually appealing.

On the results side, we've been thrilled! Our AOV has remained steady even as we've been expanding to new customer segments. Even more exciting, one of the promotional offers the app helped us create brought in 50 new customers last month, more than double our usual 20. That's a real game-changer for us.

I needed a very specific free gift offer for my wax melt business: customers spend £65+ and choose 6 free tubs, but I needed each free gift limited to 1 per scent, no + button abuse, and no discount codes stacking on top of the offer.

After having a really stressful experience with another app, I was worried this wouldn’t be possible, but the BOGOS support team were absolutely brilliant. They listened properly, understood exactly what I needed, and helped me get the offer working correctly.

They removed the quantity issue, made sure customers can’t increase free gifts, and helped make sure discount codes don’t work when free gifts are in the basket.

The support was patient, clear and genuinely helpful. I was so stressed before speaking to them, and now the offer works exactly how I wanted it to.
