I watched a long video of the instructor talking about Bodygroove and the special price she was offering anyone who signed up before January 10th. This was on January 3rd. The promotion was 70% off of the $59 yearly price and it would renew yearly at the regular price. I signed up and was charged full price. Customer service says this was not a thing and unless I have a screen shot to prove it they won’t do anything. Checked Google and Google verified the January deal. Still won’t refund me. Total scam!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS!!!! I did, viewed about 2 minutes of the program and IMMEDIATELY cancelled my subscription. They sent me a confirmation email stating access was deactivated and never credited my credit card. They have provide no contact info other than an e-mail that they do not respond to. TOTAL SCAM

I have used bodygroove already for a few years and have done many of the programs. Because of illness I had to quit for a year, but I couldn't wait to get back to it and I'm so happy to be able to do it again. The exercises are easy to follow, and the music is nice and you can make many exercises/dances as challenging as you want. I also really enjoyed the pilates and HIIT workouts before I became ill and I hope to work up to that again.
I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't like some of the younger, newer instructors. They're a bit too happy clappy for me and less dancey.
I didn't have any problems with cancelling my account. I pay through PayPal and have downloaded the bodygroove app. When you do this, you can easily cancel the subscription through Google play.

I’d like to give an enormous thanks to all at Body Groove. I have a constellation of chronic health conditions which includes chronic fatigue. It feels like gravity has been doubled, but if I don’t move each day, it gets worse. It’s hard but Body Groove is absolutely the best thing for me.
I’m so grateful to be able to have the music, the guidance to move in tune with my body, the company and the little pings of joy. It absolutely gets me through.
Today they emailed me a new program at a time when I’ve been handed a situation which is too much for me, but I’m rising to the challenge. I decided to stop everything and start the day with this and I was able to completely transform my attitude through movement and change my situation for the better.
I have a lifetime subscription and I intend to use it.
It’s fun, flexible, accessible and adaptive.
I haven’t found anything quite like it anywhere. Thank you.

I enjoyed the classes, and the subscription was reasonable. last year I made the decision to switch and stopped using BodyGroove. long story short: there is no easy way to do this. links to unsubscribe are broken, or lead back to FAQ's. Emails are unanswered, and an unreasonable amount of time has to be devoted to this circular and epic task. I will admit to not placing a priority on this because of the soft cost, but I am willing now to bet that that is by design. I don't know if I will be charged again this month, I had to handle it through my payment provider, so we will see.

I have sent numerous emails regarding billing issues. Body Grove has not responded. We have not received a refund from 2024 and billed again for 2025.

I have tried to cancel Body Groove for 2 years. They say Roku is billing me $15.14 every month. Roku says Body Groove is Billing me. Now the app on Roku says join now meaning I'm not a member anymore but the money is still coming out of my account.

I have sent several emails to request cancellation and have not received a response. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company.

What a great company! I emailed with an issue and got a response right away! They handled my issue no questions asked! 5 ⭐s all the way! Best customer service I've ever experienced!

So far I love this app. Misty is a great person. I am new so I have not had the problems other people have had. Hopefully I won't. My dog loves this and likes to dance with me.

i am still being charged one year later with no access to the program, Customer service says that i only paid for 2 months yet ive submitted statements showing that i am still being charged!! So frustrating to only have contact by email which they answer at their leisure!!

I have tried to cancel my subscription to this App without success. I KEEP BEING REFERRED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT ANY RESULTS!!!!!

I signed up for a year. The site did not have any auto-renew language. I wanted to be sure it didn't happen so I emailed them to cancel my subscription. I did not receive a reply. On their website it says "no prorated refunds for cancelations".

Sure enough three days later, I was notified by PayPal that they made a payment on my behalf. The company auto-renewed without my ever signing up for it.

I contacted them at their help@ email address. No reply to any of my emails.

I should have used American Express. They always correct dIsputes/mistakes in charges that I bring to their attention.

If you like this exercise video, be sure to contact your cc company or PayPal to refuse payments. I tried going online to remove my payment info. You can't get there from here. No way to access it on their site.

I started my adventure with the 5 USD monthly subscription, loved it! It is not a scam, you just need to use the app and not the website to manage your subscription, so don't shame Body Groove and name it what is not.
Going back to Body Groove: it just makes me happy, I find they have numerous lessons and you watch what you want to do that day. You know the phrase: dance like nobody is watching? Well this is it, you just dance and free yourself from CHAINS laugh and sweat. Strongly recommend it.

Wonderful! I have enjoyed this program so much. It has been the best thing in my life to get moving again. It is exhilarating, never boring. I have fibro and sciatica but I am able to do this. So thankful I found it.

All the folks who have written before me are completely accurate in all that calls themselves Company BodyGroove. They never truly cancel, they say after you cancel that account is "closed" in my case I went through a 3rd party re credit card. it will be cancelled but with amex it is not worth the effort to fight anything under $100 To be sure their website is confusing, you get one work out even though for a one year membership you are lead to believe you have many video choices to use when you pay for the year up front but first they try to upscale you , that is when you realize it is a RIP OFF I will wait until I get a refund otherwise I would check off... let BodyGroove know about this review.

SCAM - avoid. In January 2023 I purchased a 1-year subscription which was on sale. It was NOT an automatically renewing annual subscription. In fact, Bodygroove sent me an email saying “are you sure you don’t want to upgrade to a renewing subscription”? The service is meh - mediocre dance workout videos and the site is hard to navigate. I used it only a handful of times before moving on to something better. In January 2024 my credit card was charged for another year. I disputed this with PayPal. In response, Bodygroove changed my subscription on their site to say it was an automatic annual renewal - without my knowledge or consent - and recalled their January 2023 email to me which proved their fraudulent actions. Paypal had asked me to provide them with the subscription agreement, but it was “no longer available” to view in my email. PayPal said they couldn’t do anything in the circumstances. Do not hand over your credit card info to these people!! I have cancelled with both PayPal and Bodygroove but will have to cancel my card as well to be sure the fraud stops.

I signed up 2 years ago and the system took my money October last year on auto-renewal. I cancelled the subscription and took the hit because I had forgotten about it. Again in October this year they took money from my account even though I had cancelled. It seems to be incredibly difficult to contact them. The email available on the website would not work. I am incredibly disappointed

I signed up months ago and wrote to them sometime in January asking them to please send me my sign in details and have completely forgotten about it due to my busy schedule. Just going thru my finances yesterday and found out that they have been taking payment from my account since January! I looked at my e-mails if they bothered to answer my e-mail to them sometime in January but unfortunately couldn't find any. Tried to cancel thru the website but could not do it from there as I don't have any sighn in details. Can anybody from this company kindly contact me please as I want to cancel since I haven't been able to use your site. Not even once! And I want a refund of the payments you have been taking since you never answered my e-mail.

I access BodyGroove on iPad and it’s incredibly easy to navigate. I initially took out a free trial a couple of years ago, and couldn’t get over my own barrier of Me, so only used it twice. And cancelled. If you take the free trial through apple device subscription it’s really easy to cancel.

But I missed the motivational talks and all the extras on top of the movement. So I recently took up the lifetime subscription, paid over 10 months, and now I own access to Body Groove for life. I had a billing issue due to my cards changing and me forgetting about that, but the staff I dealt with via email were so kind and very helpful.

It’s a life changing program.
