Described simply, since you have never contacted us no matter how much I really want to help you & any other customer with a potential query it is impossible to solve this issue for you before you notify us. It is very important for us as a business to describe any marks on our products but I also stress that it is the customers responsibility to take note of these things as well, we must share the agency to show any issues & for them to be recognised.
