Great service, perfect watch

I recently purchased a Tudor Chrono, and the customer service at Bob’s was fantastic. I worked with Harrison, who helped make my buying experience straightforward and painless.

I will start with the obvious.. selection, and price. Then I will have to call out their world-class customer service team (Meghan). The process for selling and buying was seamless and an absolute pleasure. Not many watch merchants out there that have this complete package for their customers. Thanks Bob’s!!

Hi again trust pilot and readers. I am been threatened by Bobs watches and their law firm for putting a review on my experience with them.... they want to eat their cake and have it. after days of calling, emails and chats... i received my money back on 12th of June but that doesn't take away Paul(owner)'s disrespect for calling me fraud and saying HE WILL NOT REFUND ME THAT I CAN DO MY WORSE.... thanks to the help of my bank because I am sure they don't want to refund me like the owner said.. now they want to sue me for review... guys be very careful dealing with this company.... be careful buying used watches from them, ... if i hear any more threat from your lawyer... i will be back to paste a bloggers link here so you all can come have fun with us on all SM platform

I sold my Omega watch through Bob’s Watches, but I have not received any response from your team. The watch was delivered on April 14th (tracking number: 286923373700), and since then, I have not heard back.

On April 25th, I was contacted and asked to provide additional information about the watch, which I promptly did. However, despite sending multiple follow-up emails requesting an update, I have received no further communication.

This situation is extremely distressing for me, as I sent a valuable item and feel completely ignored. I am urgently requesting that Bob’s Watches respond and resolve this matter as soon as possible. I have been patient, but the continued lack of communication is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Please address this issue immediately.

Bob's website was easy to use and I love the filter feature, it helped me find the exact watch I was looking for and at a great value. When I called about some questions I had Kayla was so helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I even bugged her over email with more questions and she responded quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to track my shipment so easily and knew the window of time it was going to arrive. When the watch arrived and I gifted it to my fiancé we could not believe the quality, it was in mint condition for a pre owned watch and we are so happy with the purchase. I bought a watch with box and papers .
Watch was delivered without papers and box was damaged.
I returned the watch very next day as per their instructions.
I did not get full refund, and refund was delayed about 3 weeks.

I never did bad review before
But this is o horrible
It's on me I was stupid
I needed to listen to To my gut feeling that told me
Just tell them to send the watch back . And go to another place
All started whan I send Pictures got offer from max for $ 2500
On my omega
I send the watch They got it
In 5/6/2025
check it and Meghan call and said your watch is great condition but you didn't send the warranty card .
I said no warranty for the watch anymore so but I did the other card PICTOGRAMS card
So she said ok so the offer will be much much less
Now the price be $2000
So basically she reduced $500 in one second
I said no thank you
If you not going to honor the Offer you can send me the watch back . She said ok .
Next day (8/5/2025)I did put review
And I was making sure they will send me the watch back . I got phone call from
Wesley and I will say he did try to fix it he explained some things told me he can do $2300 I was thinking they already got the watch so whatever ok
I ask what be the fastest way. He said by wire transfer i did check with the bank next day in 5/9/2025 morning I send all information to him by email
And he said by Tuesday you should get $ in the bank .
Another thing that he ask me is to change my review.
I told him I am man of my words and I do it
He said I am too
And I did it at the same day .I did change my review

Yesterday 5/13/2025 I call them again
Because I still didn't got the $ . I send email to Wesley
Whan got no response I call to company and
Was talking with Eric.
Said he will call me again today for update .
In 12:30 today 5/14/2025 he email me back saying there is no update yet
I will say all of them was nice .but that it .
Bottom line they have my watch and I don't have any $ yet
This is so horrible
It's like never ending story
It's one thing to lose $
And another thing
To lose $ and try to get what they promised
At this point I just want my watch back .
Will never do anything with them and will never recommend. I had enough

Finally after endless phone calls and emails
I got the $
Joe fix everything. And send the $ .

For me it was bad experience with them.

Samuel did a great job walking me through the process of selling my GMT II - very customer service focused. Nice job. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Samuel, in Naples office, was unbelievable great to work with! He set out the details and worked to take care of the complete transaction in one day.

Very professional and rapid response to my interest in selling two watches. Got a pretty good offer (considering the state of the watch market) and sold both to Bob's Watches. Will use again.

Incredible customer service via email and by phone, something for other businesses to attempt to emulate.

Great communication between myself and Bryan. He was very helpful in getting me the watch I wanted and obtaining a good trade in price for my watches.

Made a call and spoke to Paul. He educated me on Rolex models and pointed me in the direction of a new release that although previously owned was still covered by the rolex warranty. Yes it was expensive but the warranty, sales help, return policy all gave me comfort that i did not get from other dealers.

Bobs is the way to go, 100% satisfied spent two hours going through this complicated piece and it’s flawless.

Repeat buyer and am already looking again…
