I have known Bobhead for just over a year. I would never buy any other products from any other brands because their quality is second to none . I see their leather jacket advertised and fell in love with it. Today I bought the jacket along with a few other products and to my surprise it’s the best ever jacket I’ve ever had ( I’ve had a few )
The leather is so supple and comfortable to wear along with the body armour which you struggle to know is there, knowing it’s a triple A rated gives me great confidence.
Looking forward to the next visit.

From the first time meeting these guys at their shop I have been blow away by how friendly and down to earth they all are. They make you feel incredibly welcome. The quality of their merchandise is amazing and for incredibly competitive prices. It’s not just a shop to buy their products it’s like stopping of at a coffee shop, can chill out on their sofas talk about bikes and now take some punches on their new boxing punch machine. 100% recommend their products I am sold to their brand and will continue purchasing from them. Looking forward to my next visit.

! issue with a recent order and refund process !

Here is a summary of what happened:

1. I used a £100 voucher from my girlfriend to place an order totaling £127.

2. The items I received were the wrong size, so I ordered a bigger vest. However, I then decided to order a padded shirt instead and paid for it with my card.I called customer service to request that the gift card money be refunded after the returned items arrived. This was approved by the sales agent.

3. After some days, I received only a partial refund, as part of the parcel was lost, and I had to provide proof of dispatch.

4. I received the refund of what I had paid with my card however still the £100 from the gift card is missing.
Instead of refunding to the original payment card, the £100 was refunded to the gift card. We had agreed it would be refunded in cash.

Even I was following Bobhead sales man advice and did everything I been told and promised. After 100's of email and phone calls I didn't get my cash back . I been forced to make another purchase of stuff I do not need and spend money I really need. Despite I made additional purchase this company refused to take responsibility for their wrong advice and refused to give me my cash as I was promised over the phone.

As well be aware if u returning the items there's 10 days wait for refund to be processed and another 10 days for your money to reach your account.

Shame on u Bobhead .

Just received my new rider jacket, super quick delivery and the quality and finish of the jacket are first class. Feels and fits great, armour is so lean you can’t feel it, this my first riding purchase and will 200% be buying again from Bobhead

I bought a protective riding shirt, I took a gamble at the size but turns out is fit perfectly, and the guys at Bobhead we friendly and easy to contact!

Absolutely over the moon with my protective shirt. I've been riding for years now and in my experience you have to make a compromise on your must haves when buying riding clothing but with this shirt you get comfort style and safety all in one no compromise. The material is also top quality.

The guys in store couldn't be more helpful, gave all the right advice and let me take my time making the right choice. Would definitely recommend a visit to the store.

Bought many items from Bobhead over the years and just returned today to buy the new Aa rated leather jacket. Fantastic quality at a brilliant price everything a biker could ask for is in this jacket some serious thought has gone into these items that Bobhead are creating, i cant justify buying bike gear from anywhere else anymore!

Highly recommend visiting Bobhead if you havent been before its a great trip out the lads are always welcoming and up for a chat with you about all things bikes even sort the little ones out with chocolate to keep them occupied whilst you spend the money your mrs doesnt no you have.

Quick to post but not so quick to refund when you return an item. Seems they also have no system in place for returns. My item was received by them and for 7 days they failed to communicate.

La qualité y est peut-être, mais comptez plus de 15 jours pour recevoir votre colis en France et surprise du chef , 90 balles en plus de Frais de douane , pays de voleur…. Bobhead devrait donner ces informations, la chemise je l’aurai prise quand même , je n’apprécie pas la façon, clairement l’impression d’être volé….

Had a drive out to Bobhead over the weekend, what a setup, looks even better in the flesh. Got a very warm welcome frome the owners and staff. the quality of the clothing is outstanding, treated myself to a new leather jacket , beanie and t-shirt.
The quality for the price is unmatched.
Had a great chat about motorcycle trips they'd been on , and they gave me great advice for my future adventures.

I bought the cargo pants - fantastic quality as with all Bobhead’s products. But more importantly they are really comfy and look really classy.

I’m no fool and and I know that you’re paying for the logo but really??
I bought the beanie after watching a few vlogs on YouTube and I was definitely not expecting the earth but what a complete bucket of sh#t. Literally a £1 beanie with a below average logo and only £25.
Save your money and just throw a score down the pan

Recently purchased the Bobhead Reaper AAA-rated leather riding jacket.

Blown away with the quality and softness of the leather, the discreet slimline profile of the new (and technologically advanced) armour, its warmth and wind resistance whilst riding AND the fact it looks just as bad ass on as it did on the pictured I'd seen prior to purchase.

£320 retail price I didn't think was too bad at all when a not-even-equivolent-in-quality Harley one is over double the price.

Buy a size or two up from what you'd ordinarily go for, as per the websites sizing chart - mine fits fine.

Beware!! The clothes run extremely small! My husband is a size XL. We bought a 2X so he would have room in it. It was so tight! I asked for a return label they do not provide. So I paid 30 dollars for shipping would have paid 30 or more dollars to ship back and 30 dollars for a new shirt size 4X. Not fair and terrible customer service. All I got was sorry to hear that. Will not recommend and will not buy anything again. Shirt was nice after $260 bucks later. I did not send the 2X back I will try to sell it on my own.

Ordered a beanie. Unfortunately I found the beanie to be absolutely tiny and I don't even have a large head. Keeps slipping off. The sunglasses I ordered look nice but you can tell instantly these are very cheap sunglasses that have simply had the bobhead logo stamped onto them. I've bought better glasses for half the price. Overpriced cheap rubbish imo. I spend a lot on biking gear but I'll never buy from this company ever again.

Visited Bobhead HQ today after driving 2hrs with traffic. What a place. The guys werent there but their friend left in charge was brilliant, so welcoming treated me my other half and kids like family. Looking forward to visiting again in the spring for some more clothing.

I ordered the Ryder cut, my second item from Bobhead. Arrived really promptly and is another high quality piece of kit that will get a lot of wear.

Customer care contact me immediately for the damage product I am really happy for that and they working on replacement

I ordered a clothing item for my husband on a Friday afternoon (US). Within a few minutes, I was notified that the size I ordered, was not available and if the next size larger, would be ok. I agreed immediately. The item was shipped the immediate following Monday, with delivery date that Friday. To my shock, it arrived a day early! The item ordered is beyond expectations and it actually fits perfectly, over a sweatshirt! Excellent quality and customer service, on top of speedy delivery? Will definitely purchase from them again! Thanks M$B for his advertising!
