I would like to update my previous review and give Bobabuzz 5 stars.
After I reported that one tub of Strawberry Popping Boba was damaged and that some items were missing from my order, the Bobabuzz Sales Team contacted me very quickly. They were extremely helpful, professional and understanding, and they have arranged a refund for both the damaged product and the missing items. I am very satisfied with how they handled and resolved the issue.
I would also like to clarify that the delivery problems I mentioned previously occurred while the order was being delivered by APC, a third-party delivery company, and were not caused by Bobabuzz directly.
A big thank you to the Bobabuzz Sales Team for taking my concerns seriously and resolving everything so quickly. Their after-sales service has been excellent, and it is clear that they genuinely care about their customers.
Very happy with the way everything was handled. 5-star service!

Dear Siavash,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the frustration you experienced regarding the delivery of your recent order.
At Boba Buzz, we pride ourselves on our high delivery standards. Our standard service is same-day dispatch, with the vast majority of our orders successfully delivered the next working day.
To provide full context on this order: it was placed on Tuesday evening (07/04) at 8:39 PM. Our team prepared and handed your complete order to the courier the very next morning, Wednesday (08/04). We see that 2 of your boxes arrived promptly the following day, Thursday (09/04). We understand your dissatisfaction stems from the remaining 5 boxes being delayed by one day, and for that, we are truly sorry.
We have proactively investigated this split delivery with our courier partner. They informed us that due to a significant backlog of parcels following the long Easter weekend, combined with a temporary shortage of drivers, some multi-box shipments were unfortunately separated in their network. Please rest assured, tracking shows your remaining 5 boxes are out for were successfully delivered today (Friday, 10/4).
While transit delays are unfortunately out of our direct hands once the goods leave our warehouse, your experience still matters deeply to us. We know how frustrating and time-consuming it can be to contact courier companies directly. Please know that our team is always here and willing to step in, contact the courier, and chase down updates on your behalf whenever you need us.
We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience this 1-day delay on the second half of your order has caused. We value your business and hope to provide you with a flawless experience next time.
Warm regards,
The Boba Buzz Team
