Disappointing Experience with BRD Yachts
I had high hopes when I booked with BRD Yachts, but my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. From the outset, the communication was poor and inconsistent, with unanswered emails and missed phone calls. When we finally connected, I was promised a smooth and well-organized trip, only to be met with mismanagement and last-minute changes that caused a lot of stress.
The yacht itself did not meet the expectations set by their advertisements. There were maintenance issues, uncomfortable seating, and a noticeable lack of basic safety gear. On top of that, the crew seemed unprepared and unfriendly, which spoiled what should have been a relaxing experience on the water.
Pricing was not transparent, and we felt nickel-and-dimed with extra charges that were never clearly disclosed upfront. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left a sour impression that is hard to overlook.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but given the amount of money and time involved, I expected much better. I hope BRD Yachts takes this feedback seriously and makes concrete changes to improve communication, vessel condition, and overall service quality. Until then, I’d recommend exploring other operators with more reliable reviews and a clearer, more professional approach.
