HAD ISSUE WITH PROP. TOOK A WEEK BUT THEY CORRECTED

Ordered an exhaust manifold for my boat. Shipping was fast but did not receive parts that we’re suppose to be included, gaskets drain cock elbows that are hard to find. Had to order them and cost me 80 bucks. Put the manifold on and noticed it was a little larger than my old one. After running it found out I needed to order the other manifold. So I ordered the same part from another vender. It came with all the parts and it said Sierra on the side of it. Which is what I ordered. The one I ordered from boated was a fake off brand. I emailed them and got the take pictured and jump the hoops. Beware.

BoatiD was extremely easy to do business. The product I received was of high quality and I look forward to many years of good performance. I will definitely use BOATiD for future purchases.

"Zero" stars is needed here. Buyer beware. My boat prop has been sitting in their warehouse for 7 days. I'm currently on hold with BoatId who is saying they will let me know within 48 business hours (It's Friday) when they will ship it. Completely unacceptable. It's worth paying more to go elsewhere.

My order was exactly what i needed and delivery was right on time. Customer service was very helpful also. My points system on my 1987 Bayliner Mercruiser 3.0 . 4 cylinder is a thing of the past. The only issue i had with the conversion kit was that i had to grind down my rotor button to make it fit more securly

II recently ordered some accessories for my boat.The website was easy to use to find what I wanted and the payment option were great at check out.I received confirmation on my orders and tracking was provided.My order was shipped fast and received fast and in good order with good packaging.The prices were as good as anywhere if not the best as I do shop around before placing any order from anyone.I do recommend buying merchandise from them and always will look to them for fair pricing and quality service.I am a happy customer and appreciate their services and products they offer.

WORST company to do business with. Ordered 4 separate types of FUEL line. I received 4 separate packages, 2 of which were correct. 2 boxes contained rubber hoses that were NOT fuel lines, and were NOT the correct size ordered, and were NOT the length ordered. I call customer (dis)service and am tole they would sent a return confirmation. Then they would send a return label. They sent me the return REQUEST confirmation. Then they sent (a day later) another email wanting photos of the defective merchandise (not defective, WRONG product as I explained after 3 HOURS on the phone and 6 emails), a photo of the manufactures packaging (NO packaging, just rubber hose in a cardboard box by itself which I explained on the phone with Haji), the VIN number to my vehicle (these were outboard motor fuel lines, last time I checked outboards don't have VIN numbers), and a statement as to what the problem is. So I send them everything requested and follow up with a phone call. After 48 minutes on hold listening to ANNOYING fun facts read by an American voice actor (I mention that because that's the only thing American about this company, their {ha ha} customer service is obviously overseas and STRICTLY ON A SCRIPT) I get through to Haji. Haji tells me the same thing the last Haji told me (same script) and I explained, now the 9th time I have explained this either on the phone or in writing, that they sent the WRONG MERCHANDISE. I am told I will receive a confirmation email for my return REQUEST in 24-48 hours. Then after the return is approved (3-5 business days) I will receive a return label in 3-5 business days (that's an ADDITIONAL 3-5 business days on top of the approval process). Then after I return the product to the manufacturer (BOADid is strictly a drop ship outfit, they don't actually stock or sell anything) if the manufacturer approves the return a refund will be processed to my CC in, you guessed it, 3-5 business days which will take up to 14 MORE business days to appear on my CC statement. So, their "Fast and Easy Returns" (their website phrasing) actually require 6 to 10 emails, at least 3 phone calls, and (if all goes well and the sun, moon, and stars align) you will get a refund after a total of roughly 40 to 50 DAYS. Bear in mind that the refund will, most likely, only be a partial refund, even if it is due to their sending the WRONG merchandise. Fortunately I used AMEX and put in a dispute with them to let AMEX deal with these thieves. As to the positive reviews here... definitely written and posted by BOATid, BS shill reviews. Look at all the negative ones and you'll see my experience is common to all with this company. My advice? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, EVER, FROM OR THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Horrible experience dealing with this company. I purchased a boat pedestal that arrived defective. I called cust svce and the rep told me it would not be a problem - they would send me a new pedestal and that I could discard the old one when the new one arrived. Weeks went by and no word so I reached back out. They then told me that the mfg of the pedestal would be sending me a return label. Another week goes by and no word so I reach out again. They then tell me the mfg needs photos of the defective part. I immediately send photos. Another week and no news so I contact them again. They then tell me that I have to call the mfg directly and deal with them on the return even though I purchased this item from BoatID. I call the number they provide me and the company vm says they are closed for business at this time. So I still have a broken pedestal and BoatID refuses to refund my $. Horrible company to deal with. Shop elsewhere!

Ships fast but horrible customer service. I ordered six new locks for a client's boat and request all locks would have the same key. I was given confirmation that all six would have the same key via phone by the sales rep. When the locks were delivered, one of the six did not have a matching key. I called customer service, they apologized for the issue, and ensured the order would be fixed. I sent the one lock back to BOATiD, and within a few days a new lock set was sent to me. The new lock was still not a match to the other five. I called and emailed customer service to which they told me to send back the lock again in order to fix the order. In the meantime, because I was told the order would be fixed, I installed the five correct locks on my client's boat. When BOATiD received my second returned lock, I received an email stating that there was nothing they could do to fix the order as the manufacturer would not send the matching key/lock that I needed to match the other five. After a month of emailing back and forth, they told me that the best they could do was issue a refund for the one lock. In response, I requested a full refund for all locks as I needed six matching locks and was promised that when I placed the order. I was told by a manager there was nothing BOATiD could do as they would not accept a return/refund on all items because the five locks were already installed, and I did not have the packaging. The manager proceeded to tell me that they would refund the one lock and issue me a $25 in store credit. I paid $193.00 for the six locks... The manager then told me that they could return one lock and give me $50.00 back on my credit card for the inconvenience. I told the manager that I was still missing out on approximately $100.00 because I wanted a full refund/return of the order. The manger told me that they could not refund me more than that because they would be at a loss of profit for this order? BOATiD cares more about making a buck than caring for their customers. BOATiD profited off my incorrect order. I highly recommend not supporting this company and to purchase from a company that puts the consumer first.
