Just paid out £58 for a libre 2 plus diabetic senior 3 hours later after 1 hour calibration time will not connect to Samsung a56 phone that is new shop closed now can not read any thing Bluetooth can not see it nothing
Next move will be trading standards
My readings on.my old NHS one are 29.5 very hight and the NHS one will hss now stopped working that why I bought this today avoid
Now 23.54pm waited one hour for the sensor to calibrate ..it never did nfc on Bluetooth on app says mo active sensor found junk will be taken back to the shop.monday 9am don't but the libre 2 plus if you want it like this
Follow up Monday item taken back to boots Mablethorpe high street. Door says opens 9am
No it does not standing out side 3 minutes to.9 and 9am came on my phone they opened the door at 7 minutes past 9am messing about then tell you when you come in mind the floor its wet. Well i will not be using boots any more but I got a full refund £58
This time I ordered the 3 for 2 foundation offer of to be delivered to home address as previously had problems with delivery to store. They’ve only put two in the box so now having to chase up the third. Why is their customer service so poor?
Ordered Guinness Treats Tower on 12 November 2023. It was delivered shortly afterwards along with other items. However, the item stated above, the packaging was badly damaged and torn. It was meant to be an Xmas present for my husband. There was no way it was fit to be wrapped as a gift so I gave it to him straight away. He ate the 4/5 chocolates it contained as they literally fell out of the badly torn box. When boots asked me to review my order a week or so later I wrote referencing the badly damaged packaging and that there were only 4/5 chocolates (expensive for £7:50 and that was a sale price). Boots declined to publish that review (publishing the other reviewed items as they were satisfactory). They asked me again days later via e mail what the problem was and said they would investigate.
They followed up again, a few days later requesting a photo of the packaging. which, what was left of it, went in the bin the evening of the day delivered as my husband ate the the chocolates immediately I gave them to him.
I feel Boots just brushed me off. Refusing to publish the review as I feel they wanted only "perfect" reviews not one complaining. Haven't heard anything since stating that the badly damaged packaging was disposed of.
A farce of a company. I am over 65 and want a flu jab. I booked it on-line and the day before it was due, I received a text telling me that I had cancelled it!! I hadn't! Tried phoning them but after 52 mins of waiting for the phone to be answered I hung up. Re-booked a 2nd appointment on line for today the 30th Sept. Turned up at the appointed time and location only to be told by the Boots employee "we don't give flu jabs on Saturdays ". I showed her my confirmation of booking text AND email. All I got was a shrug.
When Boots the Chemist go bust I for one will not grieve. The company is pathetic and the sooner they're taken over by a more efficient organisation who care about Customer Service the better
Is this a scam site? Looks like Boots but not sure of the bn before the URL. Protection software doesn’t seem to like it?
