Setup was straightforward, and the system has been stable for light multitasking like email and spreadsheets. The build feels simple but functional, and the VESA mount option is a nice touch for a clutter-free desk. Performance is modest, but it matches the price point well.

Title: Laptop would not turn on – disappointing product and inflexible customer service
I purchased a BMAX X15 Pro laptop, but unfortunately, it would not turn on when I received it. The charger is working properly, so the problem appears to be with the laptop itself.
I followed the support team's instructions and tried to resolve the issue, but the laptop still would not start. It is extremely disappointing to receive a new laptop that does not work straight out of the box.
I even offered to exchange the laptop for another model, hoping to find a satisfactory solution without having to go through the return and refund process. However, the seller was unwilling to be flexible on the price, so we could not reach an agreement.
As a result, I have had to arrange a return and deal with the refund process, which has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time.
I am disappointed both with the product and with the lack of flexibility in finding a mutually acceptable solution. I hope the return and refund will be handled promptly and professionally, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this purchase.

We’re sorry that your BMAX X15 Pro did not power on when it arrived. We understand how disappointing it is to receive a new laptop that does not work as expected, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We offered a prepaid return label and a full refund so that you would not have to bear the return shipping cost. We also considered your request to upgrade to our premium X17 Turbo. However, the price difference was €290, and unfortunately, we were unable to agree on the proposed €150 payment toward the upgrade.
We understand that this was not the outcome you had hoped for. While we aim to find satisfactory solutions for our customers, we must also maintain consistent pricing.
Regarding the refund, the laptop has not yet been returned, so the process cannot be completed until we receive it. We are also continuing to assist you with the Klarna authorization letter you requested.
Once we receive the returned laptop, we will process your refund in accordance with our return policy. We remain committed to resolving this matter professionally and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

The Intel Core Ultra 5 115U handles daily productivity, online learning, and media playback effortlessly, and the built-in NPU is a great feature that make it truly "AI-ready" for future software updates. The 16Gb of fast LPDDR5 memory and 512GB NVMe SSD provide a very responsive Windows 11 Pro experience. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 simply because the integrated graphics, while great for 4K video and office tasks, will struggle with heavy AAA gaming or intense graphical rendering

After contacting BMAX support, I was able to resolve the problem. I installed the drivers as instructed, and everything is now working properly. Thank you to the support team for their help in resolving the issue.

I would like to clarify that I was referring not to the B17, but to the X17 Power, purchased in August 2025.

My desk setup finally clean. Replaced my loud, dinosaur-era desktop with the BMAX B12 Power and honestly wish I'd done it sooner. My home office actually feels peaceful now because the fan barely makes a peep, even when I have Photoshop, Premiere, and twenty browser tabs open at the same time. Zero lag scrubbing through footage. When I realized I put down my old apartment address, I panicked and messaged support-Amber fixed it within thirty minutes before it left the warehouse. Super happy with this little brick.
