I've bought several items from BLVCK. I have 7 hoodies, 3 t shirts, 5 stuffed animals and home goods. The hoodies are excellent quality and are unique, I always get compliments on them especially the "Blvck Roses Hoodie".

One item out of my order was not received. Customer service did not reply in a timely manner to refund my money. Another item was described as leather on the website but was just cheap PVC plastic. Still have not received a refund for that item even though tracking shows it was delivered to them days ago. Now they’re not responding to emails. Will never purchase from them again.

Received my blvck cap in less than a week but had to pay for customs. Quality was so bad and it didn't look like what it was advertised. Material was very cheap, like it was just a crap $10 cap you could buy from a printing factory with bad embroidered brand in it.
Not worth the money. A complete garbage.

T shirt compensé début avril pour un anniversaire le 21 avril. Nous sommes le 7 mai. Je leur ai écrit la semaine dernière pour avoir une date de livraison. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse de leur part. C'est incroyable de traiter les clients comme ça ! Je pense que ce site est une arnaque et que ma fille s'est faite "volé " de 69 euros car c'est elle qui a payé pour le cadeau de son chéri. Et en plus on ne peut pas payer par paypal donc aucun recours.

Ordered and received, size was far from what the biggest size should be, due to circumstances contacted them to return Ji list a couple of days after the 14 days return period, they declined my return as it was “too late”
Yes they are right, I was too late
But “professional” companies that don’t mind a return will give you benefit of the doubt and still accept the return.
Read this + read other comments and be warned NOT to spent your hard earned money with them !
Luckily plenty of online resellers willing to sell, answer mails, deliver and offer true service!

J'ai bien reçu ma commande, dans les délais, et tout me convient.
Il est seulement très regrettable, et irrespectueux à l'égard de leur clientèle, de ne pas mentionner les frais de douane exorbitant que nous devons payer... pour une marque qui mentionne PARIS...

I dont get what i bought SCAMMER SIDE!

Got my pant today from blvck, the quality is extremely cheap for a pant that cost over $90 which i had to pay shipping for and now they wont reply my email saying that i want to return the pant due to poor quality. They received my emails but havent said anything back. Literally thhe worst service, i don’t recommend anyone buying from them, such a rip off

Placed a several hundred dollar order and received it on 1/25. Emailed on 2/7 asking to return part of the order, and was told I was outside of their 14 day return policy? Do they not own a calendar? This company is a scam.

I have ordered 3 items in December! They contacted me 2nd of January saying that one of the items run out of stock. I told them to ship the other 2 items now and I will wait for the other one to be back in stock. They agreed and told me that I will receive a shipping confirmation right away. Now I never received any shipping confimation and they are not even answering my emails anymore. This company is not a brand at all, its a JOKE!!!

Sent the wrong size phone case and then won’t reply to any emails about a return. Would not ever buy from here again, absolute rip off

Bought their preset pack which is a total joke, apart from the time it takes to set it up, it slows down your phone - I do not recommend it to anyone!

I have still not receive my order one month later for a phone case and I am not receiving a reply to my emails. Fraud of a company.

I ordered the Tokyo Cargo Pants and a set of masks. When I got the masks, I was disappointed. The site made it seem like there was a special blacked out logo and high quality print, but when I received the masks the print was white/greys instead of the subtle black presented in the pictures. Furthermore, the pants were a size to small, so after shipping them back (which I had to pay for), the communication between the blvck staff and I was very slow, they took multiple days to hear back from. When I finally got the pants in my size, the quality was significantly poor for the price ($118 CAD), and a company that advertises itself as Paris, the products were made in China. They felt like something from H&M. I did some digging on the Instagram account, and found it started off as a black “aesthetic” page, and then started selling laptop covers, timber’s, and from there advertised itself as a luxury street wear brand. I was very disappointed in my experience, in the products, and service. I do not recommend this brand to anyone, honestly save your money and buy from literally anywhere else. Won’t be recommending to anyone or purchasing from again.

They're a Deceptive Brand and The Products ARE NOT Worth It!!!
I purchased a Card Holder, Jersey and was expecting 3 "FREE" Masks.

1. They promote the products as if they're made of superior quality materials but when I received the Jersey and Masks I felt robbed, the quality of materials is so bad, it's cheap crap material, the buttons didn't feel premium nor did the fabrics.

2. The craftsmanship of the product itself is bad. The elastic on the masks doesn't sit properly around the nose. The Buttons look like they're about to fall off the Jersey, that's how badly they're stitched on not to mention how crap the thread looks.

3. The products visually look nice because of the pictures, but trust me if you physically inspect these products you wouldn't need to look twice to see how crap they are.

4. The price is a big issue. These products should be sold at a FIFTH of their original prices because of quality alone. But you know how they say on the site spend £100 and you get 3 "FREE" Masks, well they're not exactly FREE since you have to pay for Customs yourself and That's gonna be around £30+.

5. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! It's all bogus there's No Way in Hell that these products are getting the reviews they are on their website.

In conclusion, all I have to say is please guys DO NOT Buy from this place it's a waste of time and money and you can definitely find much better quality products elsewhere.

Just received my cropped hoodie and the playing cards! I'm a huge fan of the quality and aesthetic of this brand, will order again

Bonjour, je ne comprends pas pourquoi le site affiche parfois des prix qui explosent de 3000 à 10 000€
et repasse ensuite à des prix entre 30 et 100€. Je suis intéressé par cette marque mais peu confiant pour passer commande, à quels prix je dois m'attendre ?

Just received the set of cards and absolutely love them. It was my first time ordering and I found them via Instagram and fell in love with the concept and the brand. Love the cards and will buy more!
