it works fine if you do not add anything on top of it. Once you apply foundation or any other product it doe snot look good. You can immediately see your pores and fine lines. Also looks caky and dry.

I have been using Blurr for several days now. Goes on really easily and DOES THE JOB!!!!! Thank you Blurr!!!
The first application was really good. Then, I noticed the white cakey stuff. It didn’t work as well as Plexiderm nor does it last as long. I bought two of those containers of it. Also, the pump stops up and you get the dry stuff and way too much of the product comes out. Oh, well… I have successfully use Plexaderm for years. It was tricky, as well, to apply.

The white, cakey look usually comes down to a little too much product, or applying over creams that haven't fully absorbed, so a smaller amount on clean, dry skin, gently tapped (never rubbed) in, tends to make a real difference. The pump giving you trouble, though, is not something you should have to deal with.

This is bogus! Almost everyone lies about they're product..this did nothing..i left it on only one eye to compare..forget it! Then I tried it again with concealer on and it didn't go well..Plexiderm is best so far ..threw blurr in garbage..that's where it belongs******UPDATE*****was unhappy since product did not work for me but a refund is being issued without me even asking for it..thank you Musely!!🙂

This is what I wrote to the company regarding the eye tightener product. "
I tried, I REALLY did, but this stuff just is not living up to the hype for me. First I tried it on a clean face with some collagen moisturizer on. I pumped out the size of half a pea as I had seen on ads. Worked so-so on bag on one eye; nothing on the other. I put my liquid foundation over it (yes, I waited till it dried - even used my little fan) and got white residue and cakey horrid looking cracked stuff. Tried next day with no moisturizer. Same thing. Third day wised up used a rice grain amount, did nothing for the bags and residue again. Fourth day tried one more time and still white residue after makeup. So sorry, it's a no for me and will be sending it back. If I can't use makeup to cover the dark areas under my eyes and over my lids and into the corners then why bother? Your rep said to "tap" on the Blurr and "tap" on the foundation. You can't TAP on a foundation, are you kidding me? Darnit I really really wanted it to work, but sorry, NO."

You did a lot right, here's what likely happened: the product needs completely bare skin, and moisturizer underneath keeps it from setting - which leads to exactly the cracking and residue you saw under foundation.
And you're right that "tap" was a confusing word for the makeup step - foundation is best blotted or dabbed on gently over the treated area, which is how many of our customers wear makeup over it successfully. That said Blurr targets puffiness and bags rather than dark areas, so if discoloration is the main concern, it may not be the right match. Doesn’t work- Ive tried it three times and it doesn’t work and my eye bags are not very bad to begin with. Dont waste your money.

After a glitch that was not the company's fault, the customer service was excellent and made me feel valued as a customer. I will certainly be back to shop again! Sara was extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. That is a rarity these days, but you will not find that here!
