Hi there, thanks so much for the feedback.
We’re really sorry about the slightly longer delivery time — we were a bit short-staffed over the Christmas and New Year period as we gave our team an extended break.
However, we’re glad they’ve arrived and that you’re happy with the glasses — that means a lot. We’ll do better next time and hope we can turn that 4-star review into a 5 ⭐️
Thanks again!
Huge shoutout to the Blurr Eyewear…
Huge shoutout to the Blurr Eyewear team. They provided the best customer experience I've had in a long time. They were super prompt, helpful, and handled everything I threw at them with zero friction. Love the product, but the service is what really sets them apart!
