I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Blue Whale Spa. My first point of contact was Fiona Josephs, who answered my enquiry about hot tubs — specifically which models would both suit my needs and fit my budget.

Although Fiona was with another customer at the time, she promised to call me back, and she did exactly that. When we spoke, she listened carefully to what I was looking for and then followed up with a detailed email recommending the most suitable options. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase, which I really appreciated.

Fiona also took the time to explain the entire process step by step — what would be required and when — which gave me complete clarity. Having previously looked at second-hand spas on bidding sites, I realised that once you factor in delivery, installation, and wiring, the costs add up quickly and there are no guarantees. With Blue Whale Spa, however, I have total peace of mind knowing everything will be handled professionally from start to finish with guarantees for the equipment.

From the start the salesperson were not pushy. They let us look round and gave us advice when we asked for it. Transaction was very easy to do and delivery dates were sorted. The delivery date came round and two guys from blue whale delivered our hot tub which went straight forward, courteous helpful And without any problems they explain how it worked et cetera we are very happy with this unit and so is the whole family, thank you blue whale.

We ordered our Hut Tub from Andrew and the whole process has gone very smoothly. Very professional organisation, delivery team were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Good hard working team installed my hot tub but I’ve had to make some adjustments to my surrounding decking .

Andrew Brunton at Blue Whale Spa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The hot tub is absolutely fabulous. The delivery and installation was quickly done too. I couldn't wait to use my tub. For me personally it is very therapeutic and eases my muscles. I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa 100% to anyone who is thinking of making a hot tub purchase. I would also recommend that they ask to deal with Andrew Brunton as you wouldn't get better customer service.

A great showroom with lots of parking and plenty of tubs to choose from. Bought one from Bluewhalespa about 10 yrs ago and fancied a new model.Spoke with Andrew Brunton who gave great advice on what model, how many jets, seats,what type of electric socket etc and settled for one with my wife on his advice , paid on the Saturaday, Tub was delivered an professionally installed with a load of chemicals , cleaning equipt. filter etc. Free of Charge on the following Thursday. Happy Customer! Highly Reccomended.

What can I say other than wow?

My husband and I visited the showroom, which had a huge range of hot tubs on display. We were greeted by Andrew, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our (many!) questions, provided helpful comparisons between models, and was happy to let our daughter climb in and out of the tubs while we took our time deciding.

Nothing was too much trouble, and at no point did we feel rushed. Once we made our choice, Andrew guided us smoothly through the purchase process — it really was that simple!

Delivery happened within two weeks. The installation team were polite, professional, and answered all of our questions with ease.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new hot tub — and our daughter loves it too! We highly recommend Blue Whale Spa and want to give a special thanks to Andrew Brunton for his outstanding service and communication. He truly went above and beyond.

From our first engagement with Andrew to discuss and agree options on tubs and payment arrangements, Liaison with the office staff to finalise delivery arrangements and the actual delivery of the tub, the whole process and experience was absolutely seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Bluewhalespa if you wish to purchase a tub.
Now the tub is up and running, I can confirm it is very high quality, easy to use and much more energy efficient compared to our previous inflatable tub.

me and my wife visited the Nottingham Showroom. We saw a hot tub on Costco, and even though the offer had finished, Fiona (Sales) matched the offer.

We had to re-arrange the visit due to delays in patio/ electrics - this was no issue. The tub was then delivered and installed as promised. I was no overly impressed with the care of the initial install - but this was soon rectified with fixing a small leak/ and re-fitting the cover lifter. Although it would have been nice to have no issues/ I am leaving a 5 star review based on the fact they sorted it.

This is now the second hot tub I’ve had from Blue Whale Spa & I would not go anywhere else. The service in every category is beyond reproach, superb. My original was a Malibu 2 which I had for around 12 years & could have kept it a lot longer but I wanted to upgrade. My new one is everything I hoped it would be. I enquired to Andrew B on customer service & he was fantastic even had my new tub delivered in 9 days!! I’ve dealt with Andrew B many times in the past & he has never hesitated to getting my problems sorted no matter how small, I can not fault any member of staff all are very polite, efficient & friendly, why would I go elsewhere🤷‍♀️ thank you bws

Great hot tub and service was totally customer focused. From initial Sales with Andrew B, who kept me informed and managed the process, meeting and exceeding my requests. Delivery and installation by John and his team was efficient (all done in 1 hour!) and informative, explaining how to get the best from the tub with experienced advice and guidance. 100% recommend Blue Whale Spa. Excellent.

Excellent service. Delivery was smooth and easy. Delivery guys were friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained clearly and all questions answered. Hot-tub is amazing. Have spoken to customer services since and they could not be more helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Blue Whale to anybody.

This hot tub is absolutely fantastic, totally new to hot tub, but Abdrew and his team were amazing, he gave me full assistance when answering all my questions , he phone back when he assault he would and supported this with emails for my reference, in no way was he pushing for a sale like some firms do.
The two installers Robson and Hussbain, phoned withe arrival time , which was dead one ,these guys were very friendly helpful, and explained everything you needed to know about the hot tub , they cleaned up afterwards and even helped with putting things back in place.very hard workers, Don't hesitate buy one today

We had to chase our order. Andrew claimed it hadn’t been processed as it hadn’t been paid for. We had to send proof of funds. It then took almost 5 weeks to be arrive after chasing. Once it arrived it was damaged and items were missing. We chased for a replacement which took another 2 weeks and still items missing from the order. We emailed and sent WhatsApp’s and after persistence we eventually got the items and now the company are sending out communications to see if the items had arrived. Would not recommend for a slick service/delivery.
