Alison arranged a viewing of a house for us at short notice and was there to greet us when we arrived. She was courteous, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our time with her, even though it will have been apparent to her that the property wasn't really suitable for us.

She is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other estate agents we've dealt with recently, which makes us much more likely to keep in touch with her, as we continue our search for a new house.
