They heavily promoted the HEMA free nail system .
I went all in and bought it .
Only once I’d applied it and got the burning feeling did I decided to read all the bottles despite them assuring me on the phone of HEMA free .
The Primer !!! Yes the primer , the first thing that touches your nail plate contains HEMA !!!
What is the bloody point of making the polishes base and topcoat HEMA free when the primer is not !!
As a consequence 2 of my nails reacted badly and come away from the nail bed .
This is deceptive marketing I’m appalled . I emailed them with no response what so ever !!!
If you need HEMA free do not get the Primer .

It’s really nice dealing with a company that puts the customers first.
I ordered a pastel blue nail varnish for my sister, unfortunately there was a picking error and I was sent pastel green, I emailed the customer service team at bluesky cosmetics and explained the situation and it was resolved the same day with the correct product replaced, and delivered without any charge.

I have been using Bluesky nail polish for years, it was a birthday gift from my sister and has been one of my go-to brands. The quality, selection and longevity is honestly fantastic and for a fair price.

However, I don't think I have bought from them directly for several years as I have mostly had colours gifted to me. Recently in an effort to shop less on amazon and other such sites I ordered from Bluesky directly, and I was very impressed!

The order came quickly and I was kept informed at each step which was nice. Sadly one of the items was wrong so I reached out and asked how I could return it for the correct colour - we are humans and mistakes happen. Customer Service got back to me right away and shipped out the correct colour the same day.

I honestly can't fault them but I was also so relieved to not have to fight through AI or ridiculous menus to get support.

Specific shoutout to Katy in the customer service team - thank you for your help!!

Got sent the wrong order but this was instantly resolved once I contacted and the correct was ordered for me the next working day. Very quick to respond and resolve. Great customer service.

I received my Bluesky order but one of the gels was missing, I understand this can happen when ordering so many. I emailed customer service one night explaining the situation and the following morning I had a response from Katy and my colour was dispatched an hour later, couldn’t ask for more! So helpful and quick.

My package arrived very fast and was packaged well. All my items were just as described except from one, which I got in touch with customer services about. I had a great customer service experience with Katy, I recieved an item that I wasn’t happy with and Katy was able to resolve the issue very quickly and gave me a great outcome!
I was also really happy to have been contacted by a person rather than an AI bot, it makes the customer experience so much quicker and easier, and for that reason and the quality of their products, I will continue to purchase from here !!

Extremely good customer service. Really good products, I have been using them for roughly 5 years now. I’m very happy with Bluesky and Bluesky products.

Received the wrong colours so I emailed and I received a response within 24 hours and had the correct colours sent out instantly. Very quick and very good customer service.

I received an email today from katy claiming she spoke to Royal Mail and that the parcel was “delivered.” However, there is no delivery photo, no signature, and no proof whatsoever that it was actually handed to me or my neighbours.

Despite the complete lack of evidence, they are refusing to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.

I am dissatisfied with this company. I would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering, as if anything goes wrong, do not expect them to take responsibility or help resolve it.

Amazing company, nail gel are perfect and amazing quality. The customer service team are amazing too as I was worried because my order hadn't arrived, they were very quick to reply and happy days my order arrived the next day😁. Thankyou so much everyone at Bluesky Cosmetics.🌟

Blue Sky is my go to brand for all things gel nails with their fantastic and ever increasing array of gel polishes to choose from! I had an issue with a prize code so got in touch and Katy was really helpful. She replied promptly and was able to resolve the issue within a day and get my items shipped the same day too! Super customer service. Thanks Katy!!

amazing customer service. Items missing from parcel and sent straight out.

I placed an order with Bluesky late on Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was delivered, as it arrived Tuesday. Unfortunately the shipping box was badly damaged, and there were items missing from my order as a result. I emailed them Tuesday and received a reply from Katy swiftly within 4 hours of sending my email. She was amazing, quick to help and reassuring. My missing items have been replaced and are due to be delivered tomorrow, which again is super fast delivery! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service received and will definitely continue placing orders with this company.

Always amazing products when I order, they always come in great time and when faced with an order mishap it was solved within 6 hours of emailing them.

I had to email customer services following non-receipt of my package. I received a response really quickly from Katy who was very friendly and re-issued the package the same day. Katy responded quickly to my query and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I placed my order right after and less than 2 hours later it had been dispatched and should be with me shortly! So excited to try the products but already so impressed by this company!

Item shown as delivered but it was not. Condescending reply blaming me for not looking in my letterbox and stating that the pin on the map was proof of delivery. A shocking attitude to a regular customer.
Did send a replacement after I pointed out there was no delivery photo and that it is their responsibility to put issues like this right
