We onboarded bluemind in early summer of 2024. This CRM has allowed us to easily update and track our Insurance and Wealth clients. I have been using it extensively over this time period. The ability to track all policies for each client in one user friendly interface is fantastic. This allows for quick retrieval of information all from one source. The notes section/ tasks and file manager allow us to easily remain compliant by allowing us to quickly update every interaction with a client and monitor tasks as they are getting done. Tracking the flow of prospects to clients is also great. The bluemind folks have been great and answer questions and also integrating changes that work specifically for us. This allows us to slightly tweak the system as required. Not all features where present when we first got started, but they have been continually updating the software and it continues to evolve into a must have piece of the successful insurance office.
