My advise to anyone don’t go near blue…

My advise to anyone don’t go near blue business water they taken over two of my supplies without telling me the cost went up by 140% cost me a fortune to buy out of there con tricks Please don’t go near them the reviews you are seeing must be false Worst Co I’ve dealt with in 40 years. Just got your response all untrue shameful behaviour I will make sure you are taken to court

After reviewing all correspondence in detail, we can see that there were ongoing concerns regarding the allocation of your water supply. Throughout this period, our team provided repeated evidence confirming that Blue had been allocated as the supplier. We appreciate that this was a point of dispute for some time, and we’re glad that the legitimacy of our invoices has now been accepted.

We also note that payment plan options were offered to support you, although you ultimately chose to settle the balance in full.

Regarding pricing, Blue’s charges have increased in line with wholesale market changes, and we continue to ensure that all adjustments are communicated transparently.

If you feel there is anything further we can clarify or assist with, our team is always here to help.

Very Helpful Staff

Company reached out and offered a discount to switch to a direct debit arrangement. Rian was very helpful during the quick and easy process.

Great help from Rian

After the initial shock at finding out we required a commercial water supply for our horses, Scottish Water (who were very unhelpful)set up a contract on our behalf with Blue Business Water. I have nothing but praise for Rian, he went out of his way to help and support us. There was a bit of a pricing issue with the new contract, but Rian has helped us resolve this

Basically a scam. Ripping you off for everything they can.

Basically a scam. Took over my business water supply and charged me the maximum they possibly could for 3 weeks supply to an empty property whilst I was waiting for my appointed supplier to take over. It would have been cheaper to hire a tanker or buy bottled water. Avoid at all costs.

We are sorry to hear of your experience, Blue was allocated the supply as part of the Scottish Water GAP site scheme as no supplier was chosen within the allocated time. This is standard practice within our industry for any retailer who has opted into the scheme.

Super Service!

Professional and Seamless Process

After having to move on to Business, I was being assisted by Rian who was very helpful and process seamless . Rian arranged for immediate water meter installation which was extremely straightforward and also ensure I was on the best tariff for my usage, so hoping the rates are competive .

Great Customer Service and Competitive pricing

This company dealt with my issue in an extremely patient and understanding way. I spoke to Diana and to Rian who were both very efficient and diplomatic in resolving my queries. From an initial feeling that I would not sign up with this company due to having received an invoice out of the blue, their explanations and handling of the situation led me to sign a 3-year contract and feel reassured and very fairly treated. A very positive experience.

Zero customer service

Very poor customer service, don't answer the phone in a professional manner.
Expecting you to sign up with them, but not send any information on their charges.
Definitely one to avoid
