Bluebird care Ireland has to be…

Bluebirdcare..I was given this Company by the Hse..a carrer supposed to come to me at 11am today..a carrer who comes 4 times a week for one hour..she was sick today and nobody from Bluebird care notified me of any change as usual nothing ..and at 10.10am someone called my Intercom I was in the shower..it was a carrer sent unannounced..then she left I told her my call is for 11am..I was not aware of any change..so today I have no help no shopping done nothing because I didn t allow that person to come in while 1 hour earlier..(but they get payed of course for "helping me"🤣)while in the shower..this Company Bluebird care is offen doing this disrespecting customers sending other people/carrers at other than appointed times..coming late and leaving early...other than this today comming 1 hour earlier..At the beggining of them sending a carrer the appointed main carrer would not come to work if outside was a bad rain or a Storm and in Ireland the weather is like that always in the winter so another lady came always instead of her...Asha..so I requested Asha to come always because I needed a carrer and she was the one relieble..with her I am happy she is helpfull and nice only when she is not well ( like today)Bluebird care is just sending people unannounced at the door at different times without calling me before to inform me about the change which is not nice.. hopefully Bluebirdcare Ireland will appreciate their customers more and their carrers(Bluebird care) will be more carrying as they deal with sick people in need and call them and let them know about any changes they make not just assume" that person needs us they would take what ever when ever from Bluebird care Ireland"😡😡😡

Friendly professional team. I have found them to be very accommodating when I have rung up with questions and setting up/ changing visits.
