I worked with Bluebird Care Croydon for over 8 months and honestly it is a friendly company with well trained staff.

My mother has received care with Bluebird Care Croydon for over 5 years. The management team have always been supportive, approachable and work with me to give my mother the best care in her home environment.
The carers are always sympathetic to her needs and carry out their duties according to the care plan which is updated regularly. Any concerns regarding my mother are reported immediately to management who liaise with me.
Both my mother and I feel she is benefitting from the best care considering her circumstances.

Bluebird homecare is a dependable company, always serve customers well. This company has good and proper trained workers, they are friendly, cheerful, hardworking. I’ve been working with this company getting to 1 year I will never regret choosing this company. I recommend bluebird homecare for everyone. Choose us and you will never regret.

Over 11 years we've used a number of care agencies for my semi-paralysed elderly mother. We've had mixed experience with other agencies - we've had some fantastic carers but most have been just OK. Sometimes poor English, sometimes a bit cold in their care. Ditto with the management, sometimes can't get through on the phone, carers constantly changing, not sure when they'll show up or who it will be etc.

Bluebird are certainly a notch more expensive than other agencies, but they have been better by far. The girls have been warm and friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. English never an issue. The management is good, never a problem on the phone sorting anything out. Staff turnover seems low, after 5 months we are still seeing the same staff and this has given them a chance to build rapport with my mother.

Worked for bluebird care croydon since May 2024 and has been amazing. To the whole team to our service users. One big happy family full of love. Would recommend any one who needs care for a loved one to consider bluebird care croydon ❤️❤️❤️

I highly recommend Bluebird Care Croydon not only as a potential customer but also a potential employee. The office team go above and beyond to assist any way they can. I enjoy working there and always feel supported by the management team with anything I need. Good rates of pay and flexible hours to suit individuals needs. For a first starter the training is so helpful and of the highest standard and we have continuous training throughout employment. The best part of working for Bluebird Care Croydon though is the Customers. Being able to help and go above and beyond for people who just need support and help with day to day tasks is so rewarding. We are given enough time to get from one customer to the next and the office will always allocate accordingly.
