As a carer I have worked with various care companies and I can honestly hand on heart say Bluebird is the best there is. I have never enjoyed a job so much in my life. Our bosses make sure the staff are looked after just as much as our customers. The office staff are amazing and nothing is too much hassle, they listen to us and take on board our suggestions. We have regular training which is always fun and engaging.

As a care assistant, I have felt fully supported by the management and team, who are always approachable and willing to help. The training provided is thorough and ensures that I can deliver the highest quality of care to clients, which is something I take great pride in.
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. The company values person-centered care, and I feel empowered to treat each client as an individual, tailoring my support to their specific needs.
