We don't deliver your parcel sorry we do package up your purchase and hand it over to a delivery service, so I am not sure exactly where they left it except that it is at your address as I can see that on the tracking information.. You obviously now have it as we have not heard any more from you since this original message..
Maybe next time contact us direct instead of leaving a review about the delivery service on our review site..

Easy to order, and item received within advised timeframe. Item tracking would be advantageous, just helps with knowing the item is on its way, but doesn’t take away from the top quality product received.

Silicone hose reducer
Lachlan was extremely helpful with my enquiry, rang back next day to place the order and then told me to go to another company on the Gold Coast by someone else!
I ended up ordering the hose online which was ok but it took 10 days for the express post to arrive! I normally get freight from Melbourne by midday next day!
Maybe you could look at the shipping arrangements.
