Very effective and receptive to toxins in the air eg I put some dry shampoo in my hair and it reactivated instantaneously. I have slept better and I think it’s an excellent product

it works for my daughter who suffers with hay fever from trees, flowers, grass……..she puts it on an hour before she arrives home from work and after fighting her way through fields of crops on her motorbike she comes back to a calm haven of pure air :) and she sleeps well too. Wish I’d know about these years ago. Arrived in just 2 working days. Thank you.

Fast Delivery, not used for long as yet but minimum setting is very quiet and ample for a small room. Was kept informed and 30% discount Direct was better than any other deal I could see.
One negative comment, DPD left package in my insecure recycling bin, I WAS IN! not impressed and a picture of a Brown Bin is not proof of delivery. There are 250,000 such bins in this city.

Worst delivery service I’ve experienced. It’s been a while since I placed my order, and it still hasn’t been delivered. To make matters worse, they repeatedly attempt delivery to the wrong address despite having the correct details. I’ve given up trying to sort it out, and by now the heat wave I ordered the item for is already over. Extremely disappointing.

Great. Ordered a new filter for an air purifier and it arrived quickly and well packaged.

Customer service was fantastic though- I found easiest way to contact them was the phone number for Beam (+44 1954 231616) who are the company that run the UK website as the official UK distributer

Free next day delivery which should have arrived May 28th arrived five days later on June 2nd. I emailed to chase up on May 29th as tracking number had been created with DPD on the morning of 27th and just stalled. I am still waiting for a response.
I fully understand that delays happen, stock runs out and mistakes get made but as someone who has worked e-commerce for a long long time.. ignoring a customer or a problem is never the answer.

Terrible customer service, they don't reply to emails. I placed an order 2 weeks ago but haven't heard anything since. This company is probably closing down so i would avoid ordering anything!!

No customer service. Have written and called endlessly and told I am calling out of hours when its the middle of the day. AVOID!

I had an order sent back because I wasn’t in the house was at work and trying to get them to reply, no reply and no refund still waiting for their email reply

Great product and great service

Excellent product information and product reviews. Answered all of our questions re: suitability for our space and other requirements. Super delivery process - kept up to date with information on where our parcel was, including successful delivery. Great documentation with the device, but mostly, it works! We are already sleeping better with less impurities in the air.

Easy to use website with plenty of information. Delivered quickly. Blueair easy to set up and already making an impact. Found the payment process (via PayPal) a bit of a pain though.

Good quick service - item as described

Good product. Easy to set up. Easy to link to Alexa. Doesn’t seem to like the smell of my husband’s cooking!

I bought an air purifier through Amazon a few years ago that stopped working out of nowhere. Every test was done and we reached the conclusion it was defective.

Although some time has passed, Blueair agreed in sending a replacement, which would be a newer model. They asked for my info so they could send it and then after all they couldn't ship outside the US.

How does that make sense? Blueair, a Swedish company, with websites in both .se and .co.uk, tells me that they cannot send the replacement unit because I'm in Europe and not in the US?!

So now I have a massive piece of electronic trash sitting in my living room. It can't be fixed, it can't be returned and now can't be replaced.

I could not recommend Blueair less. A complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Purchased a purifier from them. Quick delivery except they have send wrong product. It’s now impossible to contact them. I’ve filled forms, wrote 6 emails. Phoned the distributer. Heard nothing back at all in over a week. Brutal. No after sales service whatsoever. Avoid avoid avoid.

No service; I have a couple of devices at home that are not in use. In Europe, they seem to only discount defective and non-working devices. I wouldn't recommend them.
