Happy with the flowers and delivery went smoothly

I wanted to send flowers from Scotland to Canada and found it an easy site to browse and they had beautiful flowers and accessories on display. My friend was delighted with them and they looked beautiful. Would definitely use them again.

I ordered a bouquet of 24 roses for September 4th.

The flowers didn't arrive, so I decided to contact support 2 days after the expected delivery date, giving them a buffer of time in case the delivery was just running late.

When I called the contact number in their email, nobody picked up. When I emailed them, I got generic advice to call Canpar Express which was handling my flowers. I've lived in Canada for over 18 years and have never heard of this delivery company.

I'm not sure why it was my responsibility to contact the delivery company for an order that they shipped (presumably they would have more success). Regardless, I called at exactly 8AM. Nobody picked up, and I was on hold for 30 minutes. I understand that delivery is in the hands of Canpar, not Blooms CA, but when I asked for a refund, which is a reasonable request for an item that was never delivered, I was told they couldn't do that. I later told them that I'll raise this issue with my bank, and they mentioned they're severing all ties with me as part of their dispute resolution process.

It's now 6 days later, still no sign of the flowers.

My cousin absolutely loved her birthday flowers and she said they were beautiful and smelled so lovely in her house.

The bouquet of flowers was beautiful, and customer service was very helpful in making sure everything was perfect for delivery

Absolutely fantastic. My friend loved the flowers and the delivery was very secured and well wrapped . I ordered those flowers from the Uk to be delivered in Ontario, so it was a bit of a gamble, and the price was reasonable. the ordering process very straight forward as well. The only thing I would ask is to mention the size of the little wood chair that the flowers were displayed on . TYSM for making this special moment possible ,

Recently I ordered a bouquet for a funeral. Online it was beautiful. What I got was terrible. Firstly, they sent me an email AFTER I got the flowers to tell me that what I had chosen was not in stock "but of the same value". It ABSOLUTELY was NOT of the same value. I contacted them and they offered a replacement bouquet or store credit. I said I'd take the flowers. They then contacted to say they didn't have flowers in stock. Then I waited a few days and followed up. They then said they would offer flowers or a credit - again I picked flowers. They gave me the same run around. It took several emails back and forth and they offered a credit in the end. This whole experience has been an awful slap in the face. The entire business model is a joke - if you are not able to offer A) your original product - B) what the solution is to the problem you created - then really? What are you doing. I'll go back to my regular flower delivery service which is a little more pricey but FAR MORE RELIABLE.
