All of our cookies are hand rolled, finished and baked fresh daily. Unlike other large chains, we are a small batch bakery using quality ingredients including pure butter, unrefined sugar, Cotswold flour and free range eggs. We individually roll each cookie dough ball and weigh every chocolate chip (amongst other toppings) into our cookies for perfect eating every time. Our flavours change seasonally and we love coming up with new cookie twists.

We hand make and bake every item, using organic flour, unrefined sugars, free range UK eggs, pure butter and Belgian chocolate in the base of every dough. This contributes to the cost of the product and we would hope this would be delicious!

I received their valentines day cookie…
I received their valentines day cookie which looked really nice but I was very disappointed in the quality as the cookie didn’t taste fresh and wasn’t enjoyable.

Hi Lewis, we're so sorry to hear the cookie quality wasn't enjoyable for you! We assure you we bake fresh and dispatch on the same day so the cookie arrives with customers within 24 hours of coming out our ovens and being hand finished.
We use premium ingredients including organic flour, free range eggs, pure butter and unrefined sugar in the base of every dough, along with Belgian chocolate.

Waste of Money
I thought I would give these a try as they looked wonderful online. I was a little apprehensive, as cookies I’ve tried from them before tasted purely of sugar, so I ordered the bite-size selection of Christmas cookies. Unfortunately, they were a huge disappointment. The flavours were almost non-existent, apart from the gingerbread, which tasted strange. The cookies had no bite or texture at all and were completely lacking in substance, not at all how a cookie should be. A total waste of money and calories. I ended up buying Christmas cookies from Waitrose instead, which were far superior and exactly how a cookie should be.

Disappointing
We ordered two boxes of cookies for our wedding and only one box was sent. They did offer to send the second box out but it would not have arrived in time. A very disappointing experience shopping with Blondies Kitchen. The box we did receive also had a few half cookies inside, not broken, two halves- just half cookies . We wouldn’t recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Order never received, and due to Blondies rules with DPD, my £40 cookie was “perished” after 24 hours of dispatch. Apparently it isn’t their problem and no refund will be given. I have been ordering from Blondies for a long time now, never again. My friends, family, and colleagues are also now boycotting them after their lack of customer service. SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! I want my money back!
