We recently moved house with Block and Brick.
Hollie was professional , helpful , understanding and knowledgeable. She helped with speeding up the process with her communication with solicitors and other estate agents , making the process less stressful.
Took great photos of the house , and quickly responded to any questions raised. Would fully recommend Block and Brick.

Hollie truly goes above and beyond. Her communication is second to none, and I’ve heard so many friends complain about estate agents not keeping them updated, but Hollie is the complete opposite. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always on hand whenever we had a question or needed reassurance.

The Street app was fantastic for organising viewings, allowing us to respond and arrange suitable times ourselves. However, even with such a great system in place, Hollie would still personally check in with us and chase up anyone who hadn’t left feedback after viewing.

We sold our house incredibly quickly, which I genuinely believe was down to the fantastic photography and marketing. Our house was presented beautifully and really stood out.

The selling process itself became quite complicated, but Hollie was there throughout it all. She supported us, kept us constantly updated, chased solicitors when needed, and even went above and beyond to support the buyers of our house too. Her dedication and professionalism made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.

I honestly cannot thank Hollie enough for everything she has done for us. If you are considering using an estate agent, do not hesitate to choose Block & Brick. They really are in a league of their own!

Even the photography deserves a mention! The images actually looked like the house we were buying. It’s incredible how many houses we viewed beforehand that looked completely different in real life compared with their listing photos, so huge credit to Hollie and the team for capturing everything so accurately and beautifully.

We wholeheartedly recommend Hollie and Block & Brick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Hollie is genuinely a breath of fresh air during what can be one of the most stressful experiences you go through.

If you are looking at selling your home, block & brick are the best people to do this. We had 4 valuations on our home and when we met Hollie we knew straight away we wanted to put our trust in her to do the job. She was very flexible when it came to viewings for our buyers - something I really appreciated when we were viewing houses ourself hard with other estate agents.

We were updated as soon as she had any information by either WhatsApp or phone call and was always positive in any situation. She chased and kept our whole chain moving in order for everyone to complete in time - even when there were some challenging situations!

After repeated failings of three other estate agents, Hollie found me trying to sell my house on Facebook marketplace and approached me! Despite my negativity towards agents being unable to sell, she persuaded me to meet and from that point onwards it was a whole new, refreshing experience. Hollie helped rearrange my furniture to get the best photos with a really cool camera and found me a buyer within 3 weeks! She hosted the viewings and has more knowledge about how to sell a house than all other agents who just play at the game.
