Excellent value for money
I was a bit worried about ordering at first as I’ve never heard of the company but as they use PayPal I placed my order. I’m so glad I did the laptop table I ordered is excellent value for money and very sturdy also delivery was pretty quick. Will definitely buy from them again without hesitation.

I have ordered a double swing chair at very good price unfortunately it was damaged at some places. Instead of return which could be a hassle they offered me 30% off as compensation.I am very pleased with their offer and quick update about the issue. Very unprofessional and worst service
Very unprofessional and worst service provided by their staff.
I am not sure about the quality as I haven’t opened the packaging yet but the advisors on chat are very unprofessional. I was offered a discount for not able to purchase all the required items before due to advisors lack of help earlier but when I tried to place a order with the discount offered, I was told by advisor to wait and then the price of the product was suddenly increased whilst I was still on the chat for over 3 hours.
When I asked for an explanation as to why I was stopped to place the order, they claimed that they did not know the price would go up.
I then asked if the staff knew that prices can go up anytime then they should have not stopped me from placing the order whilst the prices were still lower. At this point they not only refused to explained but the advisor ended the chat whilst I was still speaking to them on chat.
They might be proud of their quality but in terms of customer services the company is rubbish & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The chat advisors treated customers so badly and were the view that they were dealing with customers not in the U.K. but in some faraway country where customer service is not given any importance at all.
I will also be refunding the one item that I have already ended purchasing online before dealing with their staff.
