This is a scam company in my opinion. Try calling both their listed company numbers. One is a cell phone that is unaswered and the other goes to voicemail and you will not get a call back. They also keep changing the name of the company and its spelling which seems fishy. They have a money back refund policy. Good luck on getting someone to help with that! I will never deal with them again.

SCAM - I placed an order, but the merchandise never arrived. I requested a refund, which never came despite several follow-ups and a 4-month wait. They are liars who don't issue refunds. Every time, they claim they'll refund me, and an automated order is triggered for a new payment and the supposed shipment of merchandise.

Buyer Beware! Horrible customer service. I did not sign up for auto renewal but they shipped and charged more than my original order. I returned product (at my expense) provided them with proof of delivery. Then, they charged me AGAIN (without shipping the product) and I still have not received a refund and it's been over a month. I'll be reporting Fraud to my bank.

I placed my order 1 month ago and they were quick to charge my card. After two weeks passed I still had not received a shipping notification. I emailed and they said they had shipped it but it was returned for an invalid address. They had my correct address all along because it went through my SHOP account, it was just an excuse. I asked if it was shipping from China and said it it was, I wanted to cancel my order. Now 30 days have passed and still no shipping or tracking info. No cancel confirmation. I will report to SHOP that this company is a fraudulent scam.

Purchased the product one time for $98 then they hit my credit card 2 months later for a subscription model i never sign up for or was aware of at 4 times the cost! Total scam!

They advertise their product as made in the USA. I purchased a product and then I looked to see where the shipping was. It’s coming from China. So I sent that to them and immediately they agreed to not send my order because they had misrepresentative. we call that false advertising. Took me two weeks back-and-forth to ask them to give my money back for something they charged me for, but I never received because they received me. So as soon as I filed, Fraud charges on them the next day my money came back. I would not do business with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the first 3bottle supply. I was not thrilled with the product. They sent me an email Aug9 saying the next order will ship in a week - if I didn’t want it, tell them. I responded same day “Cancel. Do not send anything. No more”. They sent 3 bottles anyway. I FORWARDED my Cancel email from the prior week with demand for a Refund and written acknowledgement that the orders were ended. SILENCE. ZERO RESPONSE IN THREE DAYS. I will now challenge the charge on my credit card. BUYER BEWARE.

This company sent me pills that are white powder this product should be tan . This is not the right product so I told them I was scared to take it. They told me I had to ship it back even know there web site says keep the bottle if your not satisfied I definitely do no trust them the dosage isn’t right either. They said take two pills the bottle says 3 pills neither add up to what your supposed to take. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. I would not recommend them to anyone. After I asked for a refund they never answered me again good luck with this company save your money.

Where are the COAs you promise. I bought the Nattokinase and question the ingredients plus this was made in corrupt China. Will never buy again. Going back to Arthur Andrew for my Nattokinase a real American made product. I did submit email to your customer services over a dozen times with order number and called and left many VOICEMAILS. You lie so bad just trying to save face on trustpilot. People beware do not buy from them ever. Still no COA was given.

It’s a scam company. After purchasing product you’ll receive tracking information via trac17 that product is coming from Hong Kong. For three weeks you’ll see updates that item is in china customs then USA customs and then your local metro distribution center. Then you’ll get bogus tracking information that appears that you received product.

They loudly proclaim their 100%, no hassle, no questions asked, keep the bottle, no return required, refund within 48 hours if you aren't satisfied.

They refused to abide by their guarantee, replying that I must return the bottles, that they must be unopened, and returned at my expense. Fortunately, I printed out the guarantee from their website so the chargeback dispute should be a slam dunk, but what a hassle.

In addition, they charged me $7.99 for "shipping insurance" which I did NOT opt for. Upon noticing this, I immediately notified them to cancel the insurance, and they said they could not, because the product had already shipped and was in the custody of the courier.

Two days after sending me that reply, they sent me a notice apologizing for a delay in shipping, but that my order would ship within 2-3 business days. I again wrote, asking that they remove the insurance charge, and again they replied that they could not because it had already been shipped. Which the tracking, when finally received, showed that the shipping label had not even been printed until 2 days after their latest reply.

The product is dubious to begin with. I subsequently learned that nattokinase should not be taken in the same dosing with Vitamin K2. Natto naturally has Vitamin K2 in it, which is removed when making the supplement because it counteracts the effects if taken together in the same dose. It must be taken at a different time of day or it renders the product useless.

In other words, due to the inclusion of Vitamin K2 (if it is actually even included at all) means you are getting no benefit whatsoever from this product. Avoid!

Day 31. "Product"??? As far as I can tell, since the "Communication" from this CHINESE Company is non-existent, is STILL in CHINA.
Had I known that this product Corvel, was made IN China, with it's Sketchy Quality Control I would NEVER have purchased it. Add to that the LACK of communication, the "3 to 5 day shipping" LIE, my recommendation is to WARN OFF ANYONE PURCHASING FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!

I was a Blissta MB liquid customer, I tried the new capsules knowing they advertise a 90 day no questions asked, no returns necessary, so why not? Right? Well I didn't get the same response so I wanted my refund, the no returning of product is a bald faced LIE! I got a run around from possibly the worst customer service dept on the planet. I sent them my information, I sent a screenshot of their online 90 day refund policy from their site, not a 3rd party. I was told that it wasn't accurate that it was only part of the policy, that includes returning the unopened mech. Without a return authorization number or a pre- paid level. So no help at all and they argue about it all. I had to track it myself because they can't be bothered, i returned the merchandise, sent a screenshot of the receipt from the USPS site. They still found a way not to refund me, so now I don't have the capsules or my refund! I have stopped using my MB because they just suck!

I have tried a number of times to cancel but failed. My scam blocker recommends I not go to their website as it is tagged "Malicious". I pass this recommendation on to NOT do business with this company.

They used counterfeit postage to ship my order. The return address on the package was a hotel in Minneapolis according to Google Maps. This company is a SCAM. When I click to go to their website I get this warning from Bitdefender: "Fraudulent page blocked for your protection". Avoid at all costs and order Methylene Blue from a reputable company instead.

I ordered the pills of methyl blue no my pee did not turn blue the website stated 15 mg on the bottle they sent me 10 mg product did not work for me and after 5 emails they stated they only except unused product for returning my money their website states 120 day no questions asked refund after they asked me several questions! I even sent them pictures of the bottle showing it was 10 mg , I opened 1 of the pills it was full
Of some white powder this company is a fraud!

Ordered from them May 13 2026, never received tracking information. In June, asked for tracking, status ect. Several emails later, on June 6th, they stated the product would be to me in a few days. On June 9th I sent another email to which they responded the product was delivered June 4th. I stated I did not receive, and requested tracking information. They replied 2 days later and said product was re-shipped. Still no tracking information. Have requested a refund several times, they continue to say product is on way and cannot refund. Total scam

The supplement has in fact helped my leg nerve pain immensely.

BUT I don't trust them at all and will buy from someone else.

Why?
1. Auto rebuild monthly that I did not explicitly agree to.
2. Excessive shipping delay.
3. Product produced in US mine was shipped from China. Uhhhhh?????

Yes the word fraud comes to mind.

I bought this mainly because I’ve been feeling mentally slow lately. Within like 2 weeks I noticed I was getting through work faster and not rereading the same thing 5 times. It’s not like a stimulant hit, it’s more steady. Also appreciate that it doesn’t mess with my stomach. That alone keeps me consistent with it.
