I am really sorry, but I feel very disappointed and let down by the team at Blink. Firstly during the sales process we were demonstrated how we will be better off if we switch all our payment services to Blink, however once we switched to them our bills were considerably higher than our previous bills. I raised this concern who I worked with initially, but absolutely nobody responded to it. Someone completely different from their client support team just send me a list with their rates. We also had an urgent issue and we needed their support a couple of weeks ago. I sent a few messages, nobody responded to them either, then I call the telephone number they had given me and I was on hold for nearly two hours and nobody picked it up nor was any message recorder. Eventually I had to find their customer support number on Google to get someone to pick it up and help me with our issue. I am really sorry, but although their platform is quite good and provides good functionality I looks like they are only concern of taking new customers and they don't care afterwards.

I love working with Blink. It is rare to work with a portal company who responds within 15 minutes of sending an email. They do. Each Blink associate I have dealt with have been professional, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It has been a very smooth journey and we have now moved all our payment collection to them.

I had a general query about using our instore terminal and Rachel offered some great advice and resolved my query within a few minutes.
