I would have liked to have known a shipping estimate and where the product was going to ship from when I ordered, but nonetheless, I'm very happy with the blanket I ordered! Customer service is fantastic, and Jean was so helpful when my tracking number wasn't working. It was worth the wait for shipping. My boyfriend loves his gift and I'd definitely order from them again.

This was my first time ordering from Bling. I thought my order was lost in transit and my tracking was unsuccessful. I emailed the company and they were going to re-order for me at no cost! But thankfully my order arrived the very next day and i was able to stop the duplicate order. Customer Service is fantastic with Bling Painting I would recommend doing business with them!

Jean was so helpful in tracking my packages that were held up because of the covid. She answered my emails immediately and found where they were. When I got the items, I was blown away by the quality, they were even better than I thought. I will definitely do business with her again. My grandkids are thrilled, they said they're the best presents they got! and no electronics, something they have to do with their hands, so I'm thrilled

wonderful product and my 13 year old niece did nothing but paint on it the morning she got it. I would give it 4-5 years except for the misleading origin of the product, and the lack of a realistic shipping estimate.

it took over a month from order date to arrive and was three weeks after Christmas due to post office/covid delays.

the seller should be clear about where the product is made/shipped so that USA buyers can plan accordingly.

I WILL buy another if the seller can be more up front about origin/delivery expectations

The pillow is very beautiful, I got as my gift for my grandma as a Christmas gift and she cried. Thank yo so much

I love my shower certain it came just in time for my new apartment. I also got my mom one made and she loves hers. I will be ordering more.

My family and friends really love my custom shower curtain. It was a Christmas gift to my mother and she LOVES it. In a minute of opening up her package, she hung the curtain. I will definitely make more orders!

I ordered a painting kit and it came with out the instructions on where and what color the paints would go. This was during the holiday season yet I contacted Jean and she was very helpful in getting me the right instructions and made sure they were in the kit so I could proceed. Thank you Jean for all your great help. Now onto the painting of the pretty picture.

This company appears to be a USA company. They even have a USA address listed on contact page. Once you place the order, you get tracking which takes forever and is shipped from China. Yes its ok to be China company but don't try to make your site appear as a USA company. Thinking I ordered from a USA company I expected faster shipping, better service and more product standards. Overseas companies often don't maintain product consistency and sell a low quality product.

I have painted 4 total paintings and have 2 more to paint. Love them! Great Customer Service.

I am extremely please with my Bling Paint by Number picture. The customer service was outstanding throughout my purchase. I will definitely place another order with them. So caring and always with a quick response!

Love this idea. If I were to do it over again I would not have done a collage of pictures. Instead I would have chosen one nice clear sharp colorful picture for my pillow. I will say customer service was excellent and prompt. There was a small issue with the sequins and whenever I emailed I got emailed back immediately. It does take some time to get to America from China so give it a good three weeks. Thank you
