We were not given what we were told
We were not given what we were told . One blind was sent with the wrong brackets. I still have one that the cord is longer than the chain so it hangs funny and looks bad.

Poor service and rude treatment
On the very day we ordered, we were told that the waiting time, until that day, had been 40 days and that we were so lucky because it had been reduced that day to 20 days. No contact was made with us and we called after 25 days to find out what was going on, only to be told to wait 40 days. A rude assistant then refused to believe we had been told 20 days and said the manager would call us back. No such call was ever received. We will shop elsewhere in future.

Two of our blinds were not working 100%…all is Well
Two of our blinds were not working 100% and I took the back and they were returned to me completely fixed at no cost.

This is my 4th. time in dealing with Blinds-To-Go. Been satisfied with every order. There was one small snag this past order, sent the wrong blind, but was fixed within one week.

They stand behind their product
The cord on my blinds (purchased in 2002) broke and to my delight the store had them repaired no questions asked. Glad to see they stand behind their product.
