The smooth process of selecting and purchasing window treatments.
The process of selecting and purchasing my shades and window treatments was both informative and restful, knowing what would work best for my needs. Staff was very cordial during the process, and the installation went very smoothly. My only concern and disappointment was in thinking I had purchased cellular shades that would work in two directions, up and down, providing privacy and shade. After installation I discovered, they do not. UPDATE: I am happy to report that the concerned staff at my Blinnds To Go followed up with me concerning my slight disappointment, and to my gleeful delight was happy to convert my one-way shade to two-way (top down/ bottom up), just for the additional parts fee. Those folks are wonderful. 🥰

We had an excellent experience with Blinds To Go. The store manager Adjava was extremely experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. Purchasing blinds for 27 windows could have been overwhelming, but she made the experience smooth, pleasant, and completely stress-free.
She went above and beyond to help coordinate an expedited delivery, which was very important to us and greatly appreciated. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. We are very happy with both the service and the overall experience, and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for window treatments.

Blinds To Go
I ordered a curtain rod last year…
I ordered a curtain rod last year October 2025. When I went to pick it up in January 2026, I discovered it had the wrong finials. I spoke with a customer rep during pick up and they assured me they would order the correct finials. Since then, I have spoken with 2 different reps and their manager all promising to order the finials and have yet to receive. I now have a rod without finials so I can't put it up since the original finials I was asked to leave at the store. It's been almost 6 months since my order and this is still not resolved. It's unfortunate as I had blinds for my whole house done previously with no issue. I would be hesitant to do business with them again.

We value your previous business and are committed to making this right. We do understand that a new color and style finial was requested, but the team has been able to provide it. It seems there has been multiple miscommunications on our end and we apoligize for that.
We will be ordering the correct part today and will have someone reach out with an ETA in the next day or two once we confirm shipment.

The shades were not made long enough
The shades were not made long enough. They hang just above the window sill with a slight gap between the shade and the window. Because my windows are uneven, the shades look uneven. If the shades had been made just a bit longer -- so that they hung just below the top of the sill, there would be no gap and the shades would not look uneven. The salesperson, Marco, was very nice and accommodating. Nevertheless, i'm stuck with these shades.

The second time I ordered from BTG
The second time I ordered from BTG, the box was damaged on the end and the hardware was missing. Customer service said, he could mail it or I could go to a local BTG store. I went to the store twice. The first time they gave me the incorrect hardware. When I went back, it turned out, they didn’t have the correct hardware. So I had to have it mailed anyway. I suggest the stores keep sufficient hardware or don’t refer people to go there for hardware,
