The communication has to be better
The communication has to be better, totally understand about COVID-19. We had to keep calling to find out where blinds were. One person said they were shipped they will call us Monday. No call called back then they said 2 more weeks. Finally got them installed 12 weeks later and guy had to come back which was not his fault they gave him wrong order???? Corporate needs better communication with customer and they need to check orders before they place on truck to make sure its proper. so 14 weeks got blinds in. We only had a few done not sure when I will place order for remaining very scared as to what will happen with those

It took 3 months to get blinds…
It took 3 months to get blinds installed. Then 1 of the 3 blinds didn’t stay up . I ordered top down and bottom up blinds . Then when it was fixed the installer canceled last minute. Finally all installed but worried they are slipping down .

The Plantation shutters are gorgeous and are so easy for adjusting the light into each room and the privacy is outstanding.
They look terrific and we are extremely happy with the purchase.
The installation was preformed quickly and professionally.

Lovely blinds
The sales person in the store was wonderful and very helpful to us as we picked out all new blinds. Anthony the man I came to install them was very clean he did such a good job and very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone he was very nice . We would recommend them again.

Installation guy was wonderful- blinds not impressed
Installation guy was wonderful- very nice and professional. Blinds are nothing special- very thin/flimsy. Wayyyyy overpriced. I bought and hung same exact ones in ALL bedrooms (5 windows) for $125. I spent well over $500 for 4 of the SAME EXACT blinds. I am disappointed that they sell and install for so much when you could honestly do it yourself and SAVE A LOT of money.
