Poor service

Shop at home service was excellent and we were very pleased. We have a small issue with our dinning room blinds and it is being addressed quickly.

The sales people in store were very helpful, however, it took over 2 months for the manufacture of shutters for 3 windows, and then another month before an installation was scheduled. The installation was not done correctly, and one set of shutters needs to be replaced. It took a further 2 months before they would acknowledge the replacement, and I am currently waiting for the new shutters to be made. I am not sure if I would order anything from here again, or if this was just bad luck.

The chain on our blind broke for the 2nd time and was replaced with a stronger metal chain. No questions asked and was returned repaired in 3 days. Magnificent after sales service regardless of how long you have had the blinds.

Took four months to deliver and straighten out the problems with my verticals but in the end they are very nice. Customer service was responsive and helpful.

Very disappointed. I ordered 5 rolling blinds (3 regular and 2 blackout) in a store. The next day came to the store and change my order to all 5 regulars, get the new order printed out. After installation man took measurements, I got a call from store to confirm new measurements, it was a bit different that estimated so the price changed a bit. When blinds were installed, I figured out that my order wasn’t changed, and I got 2 blackouts. I called to the store, they said I changed the order back to blackout during the last phone call, which I did not. Then I went to the store and they agreed that I didn’t change the order back during phone call and promised me to call back, which never happened. Also I had a concern about installation, I showed photos and they agreed that it’s not supposed to be like that, I emailed photo and that’s it… nobody even bother to contact me after and reply to my follow up emails. I spent almost 1.5K and couldn’t get professional service

UPDATE: finally blinds were replaced however the installation issue wasn't fixed and $80 difference wasn't refunded so seems like I have to pay for that mistake.

FINAL UPDATE: $80 difference has been refunded right after the last reply here. The installation issue has been fixed today. Now I can say I'm completely satisfied, thanks Trustpilot and Blinds to go!

Excellent product and customer service!

Everything worked out well even though it was covid.
I gave a 3* because I had 1 blind which was bent/dented and as it's the blind in the kitchen which I look at when washing dishes it means I have to get it changed. Haven't heard anything back yet.

I got exactally what I ordered. Very happy with ease if installation and quality of product with a fair price point.

Had a pretty good experience overall with blinds to go. I am satisfied with the blinds we chose (roller shades) and price. The lady was very helpful in making this purchase. Had them for a few months now and all good. Will buy more for other rooms in my house. :)

Your technician Javier is EXCELLENT I should know because he has been to my house at least 6x to replace your faulty motorized blinds (squeaking) This is a quality issue with your blinds. Today he came to replace 5 blinds. 3 of them were made incorrectly by your factory - motor in the outside instead of inside so we have to wait until new year for correct replacement blinds. It has almost been ONE YEAR (maybe more than a year - I can’t keep track of all the times we have had to have these blinds replaced!) and issue has not been resolved.
Note we are repeat customers we had our daughters entire house incl basement apt outfitted by you in 2018 and we had purchased 9 blinds from you last year for our own house. You have videos of your faulty squeaking blinds. We would like some sort of compensation for all the aggravation we have had to endure and will have to endure until problem is rectified satisfactorily. I cannot believe that I have to ask for some goodwill/compensation and that your company does not even appreciate the inconvenience that we have gone through. Your saving grace is having a fantastic service tech Javier he is sincerely apologetic and tries his best to please us although it’s difficult when your product quality is poor and you can’t even get a replacement order correct.
I doubt we will even get a response to this. I cannot recommend this company.

Product came very fast but with the wrong brackets. Was fixed with a visit back to the store. Looks great, but already had a rip in the fabric 1 week after use which is disappointing.

Blinds To Go was great to deal with. They didn’t rush us and our sales rep Diana O. was absolutely amazing. Diana did everything possible to accommodate my wife and I. The only issues we had was with the installation service, they did a great job but did not arrive when scheduled (both times).

Not a happy customer. Installer messed up drlivery was messed up product was defective. Salesperson very good but the the rest of the experience was not professional!

Absolutely love our blinds! They fit perfectly and really look good! Just had to get the hang of mounting them and voila!

The staff was very helpful through the process. Blinds were received promptly and look awesome!

I was very pleased with the roller shades and shutters that I ordered for my new home. I had their representative measure and install and everything was perfect. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the wait was 3 months but well worth it. One of the shades had a flaw in the fabric which the representative took back for replacement. Would recommend.

This was our 2nd time ordering blinds from Blinds to Go, Newmarket. We find them really helpful and hassle free. Even with the added complication of Covid 19 and being close to Christmas this time, pick up was very close to the date promised. Our window coverings are complete now but I would not hesitate to recommend them to family & friends.

The blind came, a week later than the 5 told me. But on arrival the blind itself was as ordered: Measurements, style, ribbon, valance, liner.
Perfect in my bathroom.
Would order once again from B-to-G!!
