Good value and product but high on self-service
Good selection but long turnaround time (30+ days) if you need sooner. I showed sales staff sample that I wanted to complement but did most of the investigation myself.
Blind hardware is sturdy and better than or as good as National brands. Materials are sturdy but need to expose to a couple of summers hot rays to give suitable assessment. Didn't use the in-home service so can't comment but store selection was easier for me to make decisions. Would have been nice to have a tool to line up the screws during installation (like a paper guide with grids as measurement aid). Good value during promotion time. Star rating because too much self service in store and more helpful installation instructions - would have raised rating if end to end customer experience was higher.

Sales person was professional
Sales person was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin directed me through the measurement process and knew the product line well.
Jamie the installer, highly experienced and made an unlevel install work properly. He was fast and friendly and took all effort to keep our home and himself safe during this covid 19 trying time.

Not Honoring a warranty repair
I brought in blinds for repair since they have a life time warranty. They were clearly marked as a blinds to go product. However I did not have a receipt nor could they find the purchase in the system. For this reason, the store manager was not willing to send them in for a warranty repair. I would have given a 1 star rating but they did attempt to repair them in the store. Not honoring a warranty repair simply because paperwork was not available is not honoring the intent of a life time warranty.

The warranty does state that you need to have the paperwork incase the order is not found in the system - - did you try to look under additional phone numbers or call the customer service department to see if they could locate your order company wide?
