The sales and installation was great, except the largestr blind arrived defective, and had to be returned to service it. We are told that may take seversal more weeks.

We are thrilled with our new shutters and shades. Our installer was professional and friendly. When he finished the installation he left the area cleaned up. The quality was as expected and we are very satisfied.
One of the window shades came in too narrow and our installer took it with him and assured us the replacement would be as quick as it can be.

I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience due to the sales consultation and product recommendation process, and the lack of meaningful professional guidance I expected from a design consultant.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the sales consultation, particularly regarding the upstairs blinds. A sales representative came to my home and was presented as a decorator or design consultant. I selected the blinds largely on my own, with very little guidance or recommendation from her. I was given only a small sample (about the size of a piece of paper) to base my decision on, which made it very difficult to visualize how the blinds would look once installed.

I specifically asked for her opinion and recommendations, especially given that my walls are white. I was told that the selection I made would “go nice.” Unfortunately, the upstairs blinds are also white, were very expensive, and now look terrible in the space. I truly regret this purchase and feel that better professional guidance should have been provided.

The cost of the upstairs blinds was $4,600.00, which makes this especially upsetting. Ironically, my downstairs blinds—which I am happy with—cost $1,889.86 and would have looked far better upstairs as well. Had I received proper design input, I would have made a very different and far more satisfactory choice.

I had an issue with my remote control,
Appointment’s were very quick and the tech James was very knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the issue. He put in an order for a replacement remote and we got notified as soon as it came in and were able to schedule an appointment for a tech to come in and program. rob was vet thorough as well. The people here are great and the process is very good with excellent follow through and customer service. The only issue is that when we bought the remote blinds in 2023, it came with a hub which is pretty useless and it costs $250 to get a new hub. So while we have remotes in various rooms, it’s difficult to make it all work cohesively in the home app or any other app without further investment.

While I had a tough time completing my order from start to finish (e.g. I was ordering from a store in another state, because at the time I placed the order, there were no physical Blinds to Go locations near me, my order was delayed due to COVID-19, some of my order needed replacement, and one of my original orders was discontinued 4 weeks after ordering it). However in large the 2 associates I worked with Ryan and Caylah were exceptional. I could tell they were doing their absolute best in trying to rectify the situation and were very professional with me at all times.

If I could do 0 star I would give you 0 to negative star! I ordered 4 window coverings, 3 for a bay window, and one for the skylight. I paid for professional measurment, and when installing the skylight covering, the measurement was wrong and he suggested to add the side bar on one side of my wall to make the skylight curtain work. I refused the idea and he re-measured it, and I thought that I will just get it remade. However your sales had dragged to not make the re-order, and 2 months later when I checked again, he is trying to make a deal with me so that I pay 50% the cost of the re-order. The ones installed on my bay window are very poor quality too. Super bad experince so far. I hope that I can get this correct skylight ordered and installed at no extra cost to me, or I will find the place I can complain all the way! My order number is 653970. I just talked with another rep and he said he will get back to me tomorrow on re-ordering.

We knew what we wanted from previous orders, and the staff made the ordering process efficient. The blinds arrived dimensionally correct and when promised - although the delivery time was long. When we opened the box we found a bottom weight had come loose and had to return to the store, but they fixed it quickly.

Very professional and friendly. Great knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.
