I've done a fair amount of business through Blinds Galore for our school and my personal use. No problems, I've accidentally ordered the wrong size and they were very helpful in fixing my mistakes. I would recommend doing business with them.

I was surprised in the very decent quality for the price. I am a remodeling contractor and have seen all ranges of quality in finishing to the mechanics of the unit. So far so good being smooth operation and most importantly to me I’m glad the blinds have a sheen to it meaning they are not a porous material and will clean so much easier!

Blinds are not true to size and the hardware is cheap plastic. I would not recommend Blindsgalore and nor will I ever purchase from the company again.

Very disappointing experience - and I don't even have the blind yet. Quoted a price that later doubled after it was too late for me to shop around. Customer Service terrible - my assigned "customer rep" was often either not available or did not get in touch with me after I tried to reach her. She forwarded to me several emails that she later acknowledged were a mistake and should not have been sent to me. She promised that before product was mailed, I would be called. This did not happen and as a result, product was sent to the wrong place and now I have to deal with FedEx to see if it can be corrected. Requests to speak to a manager did not result in any improvements in service.

Good quality, arrived quickly, clear instructions included. One of the three sets arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and they very quickly replaced them. Good outfit !

I was attracted to your sale pricing and appreciate the quality I got for the price. The custom fit is perfect. The feedback I would provide is I never received a confirmation email on my original purchase. In fact, I was about to email the company to see if my order was processed, but then the product arrived! The install was soooo easy.
