Please do not waste your time with Blenin. They have a cool site and great looking clothes no doubt. Their issue and this is a BIG ONE is their customer support, follow through and constant lies that are what will cost you in the long run not to mention wasted time. Richard the owner is very charming and apologetic but has not come through on any promises and that's now going on weeks. You would be better off going anywhere else and save you endless frustration.

From a design perspective, the clothes are classy and very tasteful.

From a marketing perspective, Blenin is impeccable: the advertising, email marketing, promotions, and social media presence are not aggressive and are very well-balanced. But what touches me most is the handwritten personal message he always sends with orders.

Yes, there was an error with my first order, but it was quickly resolved with great care.
They are courageous people, and I wish them continued success.

I thought it was scam bcs it took so Long to be deliverd but it actually came. Very happy about that and also Like the clothes. Would maybe buy again if Shipping gets faster and I Can See the order more

My size was not right, so thought of refund. Received an immediate customer service support, and that by the founder himself. That was no AI or pre-written message. I appreciated that a lot. Hence, decided to not refund and opted for a larger size. Looking forward to the new shipment and can recommend this company overall so far.

I ordered several items and absolutely love the look and the fit. I wore the polo shirt last night and could notice people starring in envy. I will continue to buy more clothing. So glad I found Blenin. Also, I had a return item and the company handled this promptly and without a glick.

I have made an order and payed for the extra fast delivery. Is been more the 2 weeks and still nothing. I have sent emails and no reply.
Please don’t buy. Is not worth the hassle.

Blenin it is a NO GO, and please don’t trust Richard. He promised me many many times my parcel will arrive and I will be reimbursed for the 50% of my money. Well guess what: after a week still no parcel, a tracking no that doesn’t work and no money.

I bought my first expensive T-Shirt because I really like Blenins marketing and I wasn't disappointed... They included a handwritten note and a small gift :) I was pleasently surprised

This store is a complete scam, I came across it over YouTube and went to their store and they are literally using AI images of clothing on people and saying that its "their own". Do not trust my company with anything they are snakes.

The parcel arrived today and the personal note was just lovely. And the top is perfect. Thank you, the service has been great.

Blenin presents itself as a premium fashion brand with “its own” production, but in reality, it operates on a classic dropshipping model – selling commonly available products from wholesale or retail platforms, often at several times the original price.

The quality of the products is likely fine, as these are standard catalogue items also sold by well-known retailers. The problem is that the same or very similar items can be purchased for a fraction of the price from other sellers.

As an example, several Blenin products can be found on well-known retail sites (such as About You or Celio) at significantly lower prices. Trustpilot does not allow adding active links to other websites in a review, but the identity of these products can be verified very easily using the Google Lens app. Simply take a screenshot of the product page on Blenin, upload it to Google Lens, and you will instantly see the same or very similar products on other websites, often at a fraction of the price.

The positive reviews on Trustpilot appear highly suspicious – they are often posted on the same day or within a very short time frame, and many come from profiles that have only one review in their history – for Blenin. This pattern is typical for artificially generated ratings intended to boost a company’s reputation.

Another red flag is that even the photos of the alleged staff and team members are in fact taken from Pinterest or Instagram profiles. These images can be easily found via Google Lens, which confirms they are not authentic in-house photos.

There is also another website – bibayo.com – that looks remarkably similar to Blenin. They even use the same product photos and identical marketing style, which strongly suggests that both are selling from the same wholesale source under different brand names.

In my opinion, this is not a genuine brand with its own design or production, but a dropshipping reseller of standard products with extreme markups.

People should be more cautious when buying from websites like this. Always check product photos with Google Lens or similar tools before making a purchase – it can save you a lot of money and disappointment.

Waited two weeks for the order and the shirt didn’t fit. Contacted support and they refunded it immediately without having to send anything back, I am going to give 3 stars for that

The cardigan looked nice online, but in person the color was a bit off and the fabric felt thinner than expected. got refund without any problem

It took 22 days, 2 requests for information, one reply from ‘Richard’ himself, 2x no working track & trace info, before I finally received what looked like a tatty plastic packet from near ‘The Great Wall’. No high end recyclable packaging to support their ‘luxury’ brand aspirations. The jumper itself was nice but take note if you do decide to order, they run large. What I found odd was, that the 1st time I looked at the site everything was priced at roughly €250 - €350 or more. A couple of days later prices had dropped dramatically and I bought my jumper for €76.49!! Literally a day later the price had been raised again to €114.99. I find this all rather odd & concerning, as well as the dreadful delivery time & cheapo packaging ( the ‘logo pouch’ a previous review mentioned is just a zippy plastic bag with Blenin on it & nothing cute or durable). You’ve been warned ladies & gentlemen. Personally I won’t be ordering there again. If it walks like a duck & it talks like a duck, well, it’s usually a duck…
