VERY poor quality, I ordered 2 colour sets of the knitted top and trousers after seeing an ad on Instagram. The top has a hole in it and after at least 30 emails back and forth, I still haven’t been provided with a return address. This company is a complete SCAM! Do not be fooled. Do not use

This company is a joke. The clothes are extremely cheaply made. They take more money than they say they will from your bank account. And refuse to refund you for their rubbish clothing! AVOID

Purchased a sweater in support of Mental Health then read the reviews and saw this item is not going to arrive as it's a scam company. Also, upon checking my credit card app I saw they had taken more money than that stated on the order confirmation. I emailed the company immediately and cancelled my order within 15minutes. As per their t&cs they should have refunded but they sent a series of emails in broken English begging me to keep the order. I said I wasn't interested and want the order cancelled and a full refund. They refunded £5 and a week later have said it has now been shipped so I can't have a refund! I cancelled within minutes of ordering so it wasn't shipped when I cancelled.
This is now a fraud case with my credit card.

This company should not be trusted for buying the product.

The worst service ever!
Ordered trousers, didn’t looked at all as on the picture. I paid £23 and they offered first time 3USD, second time 4USD and suggested if I don’t like to give as a gift to my friends 😀.
Never order from them!!!

The only reason I am giving one star is because there is no option to give zero stars. This company are clearly fraudsters. If you are reading this because you are thinking of purchasing from Blazecrown, please don't. If you are reading this because you are frustrated that your products haven't arrived, then it looks like you are joining a large group of equally irritated people. Communication is poor and dismissive.

Took more money than the order by paypal, asked paypal to investigate and they dont seem bothered. Never received the item and just keep getting message back in broken English fobbing me off.

SCAM AND Fraud! they took extra payment from my credit card than the amount of my order. I intend to contact my Credit Card Fraud Line. Also, the order never arrived. DO NOT USE UNDER this company under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, I wish I had read the reviews first. SCAM!!

I did not experience any of what is stated in the bad reviews, but I did not need to contact them with any issues, so maybe I just got lucky. When I bought the items from a Facebook advert, I was informed straight away the estimated delivery time, which was weeks. I was not in a hurry, so that was not an issue to me. I then read the reviews, and thought I would never get the items. I wasn’t worried about any financial loss, as I paid with Klarna and they sort out this kind of thing for you. I didn’t need to worry. Yes my item came from USA, but I was sent tracking info at every stage of its journey, I was fully updated right from leaving them to my door. The item actually arrived early. I had no issues at all. All I can say is pay using Klarna or similar so you are protected, and be prepared to wait.

What you see/buy is not what you get, they will not except my return even though it was within days.
No refund worst quality and advertise as UK but are definitely US!

I would not even give this company a 1 star ...... they are the worst company I have ever dealt with..... Avid them at all cost. Delivery takes weeks and should there be an issue with the items such as not fitting then they will not refund you at all. Offered me £2 and to keep the clothing that did not fit me telling me to sell it to somebody else....... Absolutely shameless.

Seen this advert on Facebook, ordered a grater/slicer. Waited 40 days for it, too late for what I wanted it for….messaged an English company whose email was I the parcel, they tell me I can’t sent it back to them…. I guess it must’ve been a foreign country it was coming from. They are totally misleading the public…DONT USE BLAZECROWN , I’m £25.99 down. Any suggestions

Blaze crown is the worst company - agree with all the reviews, there must be a way we can get this company banned from advertising in the UK. Also bought a kindling splitter - laughed out when it arrived - total rubbish - you couldn’t split an apple - I am going to report to trading standards. I also had very rude email responses in broken English and they offered me £3 compensation. I have already reported to PayPal, will also contact Facebook and have paid £15 to send back to their address in china to see if I get a refund of £24.99. This is an absolute disgrace, they are thieves, not fit for purpose and not as described or pictured

I really want to give a zero star rating. Items received are of such poor quality and not as advertised so a return/refund was requested. I have been offered £4 compensation out of the customer service employee salary and have been told I cannot return as it willl not go down well with employer!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! I believe they should be reported to a body that ensures they are not allowed to trade. Their refund policy is totally untrue.

I recieved my goods after waiting 8 weeks they are small(I'm a size 4 and xs,these would not fit a child.I contacted the company to return them and was told to give them to a friend and have £4 compensation. Avoid this company at all costs I would give them 0 stars

Absolute scammers , joke of a company . I ordered some leggings which never turned up . Looking at reviews of the leggings it seems they aren’t fit for purpose anyway .
Contacted the company , they won’t take any responsibility for the non delivery , won’t refund me either .

I saw the company on a Facebook ad but I really wish I’d seen reviews first! Products are crap, and they will not off refunds and will do everything to worm out of it! Avoid avoid avoid!!

So wish I had read the reviews but I thought could becwrong with a pair of leggings!!! How wrong was I, they are so cheap looking and so thin , nothing like the pictures. Complete joke they are probably worth a£1.

Absolute joke! Normally read reviews but didn't this time. £16 plus postage for absolute tat! Nothing like advertised and think I'd be lucky to get a leg in these XL jeggings. Total rip off!
