This company is a joke.. made the mistake of not reading reviews before I purchased. All of the other reviews are true. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The blanket it is tiny, smaller than a baby blanket, and the material sheds all over the place. It’s synthetic material - almost like nylon. I used it one time and threw it away. I wouldn’t donate this to someone, because it would make them crazy with the fuzz that gets everywhere. Awful. I had to take my vacuum cleaner to get repaired from the fuzzy stuff that was all over my house.

Complete scam from China - ordered a king sized blanket and something that would fit on a child's crib showed up. I have had zero response from customer service and it's been over a week since I sent my email requesting to return. Crickets.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I did wait about a month to get the blanket however, I found the company very helpful addressing any concerns I had!

This company deserves a ZERO. This is a SCAM. More CRAP from China. They do not send what you order and then refuse to respond to you when you contact them. Now, the credit card company refuses to process a credit after I have told them this was a scam and to look at the other hundreds of same complaints. I hope this company goes bankrupt FAST.

I would give zero stars if I could. Yet another scam “company” from China. I ordered two blankets like an idiot, which took over six weeks to arrive. I had already read reviews on this site and planned for the worst, so I knew I was going to return them. I emailed them the next day that I wanted to return for a full refund and they tried to sell me on keeping them and receiving half of my money back. When I stated yet again that I wanted a full refund, they told me I would have to pay shipping. I said that was fine, however, they never responded. I emailed the following day again requesting a shipping label or at least the return address. Again, ignored. Screw this “company.”

I sent them back they never returned my money!! I tried to contact them 6 times, they are thieves.

DO NOT ORDER! A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Absolutely terrible quality! It's a bait & switch

Just recd after 6 weeks. Was the size of a babies blanket and not even close to the quality. I just got Wished...

Very disappointed! Ordered a king size chunky-knit blanket in mid-December and just got it today - Feb 2 2021, and it is not even close to what is shown on the website. It definitelty isn't a king size blanket. It barely covers the bed (it will though cover a chair) and the material doesn't even feel nice. They don't ship from the USA either - it ships from China.

I ordered a KING sized chunky knit blanket and received a toddler sized medical grade cotton thing 3 months later...the first order was rerouted and never delivered so the sent the second order once I called to notify them. It ships from China- not the US.

They have not responded to my request for refund in over a week.

DO NoT ORDER!!! Bogus.

-100 received a baby size throw which was supposed to be a KING size blanket. Do not waste your money!!!

HORRIBLE!HORRIBLE!! I ordered a king size blanket, it wouldn't even cover a baby's crib completely!!! It sheds terribly!!! I have been emailing them for instructions to return the label for a refund for over a month now and no response!! I don't understand how this is allowed to take place in America. There should be some requirements met by law before anyone can sell anything to anyone!!! I am more frustrated by the lack of response from them, than I am for the money wasted on their pathetic excuse of a blanket!!!!!

If there was a rating for zero stars or a long series of cuss words that would be my selection. Not only do they claim to ship from the US, and the package instead comes from China, I ordered 2 king size chunky blankets that won't cover a twin mattress. And they both shes badly. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Keep your money! Oh yeah, unless you are the credit card company they won't respond to your email that they sent the wrong items.

Yep! A Complete scam from China. They make you wait like 30 days to get your throw and only to find out the "king" size is no bigger than a baby blanket. By the time you get it you just give up... is it worth calling the bank and canceling your card to get $35. You couldn't pay me to wrap a baby in this material who knows where it has been. I hate that social media has allowed this company to advertise this false and bogus company. From now on I'll research before buying. lesson learned!

I ordered these blankets on December 4, 2020 for Xmas gifts. After multiple attempts to find out where the blankets were and ultimately just cancel my order it wasn't until after a couple of weeks they replied "sorry, they've already shipped." I was worried when I ordered the blankets they would be too big. Too big only if I was a fairy! We finally received them on Jan 1st? They were shipped each in plastic bags and then that was shrink wrapped in another bag. We have to very carefully open the bag so we didn't cut the blankets. Surprised they weren't in a box. The website refers to "one large size," "ships from USA," 24/7 customer service." and my favorite is "blanket is a piece of art." NO It's NOT! I did NOT experience any of this. The size of the blanket is for a toddler at best. The quality is just "OK." I've tried to return the product and to no surprise there is NO communication. So now I am stuck w/ 6 of these little blankets. I am disputing on my cc, but not sure how that will go. I will NOT be ordering anything from this company ever again. Terrible service. Terrible product. Not even sure it was shipped from the USA (BTW we just say "US" not USA)

Well I had to rate with a star to write this but wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to, to write this message. Bought my wife 2 of these for her Christmas present and even if you attached the 2 you still would not be able to cover an adult with it. The fabric is made of what looks like the inside of a dog toy. This company is a joke. Communist China trying to get back at us for the awesome tariffs that President Trump put on them. So sick of people and thier shotty craftsmanship. If I could I would own this company and make a product people would be happy about.
