I ordered off the website however the incorrect shipping information had autofilled to an old address of mine. I contacted customer service as soon as I spotted this and asked them
to change the shipping address. They asked me for the order number, the shipping address, and the email I used for the order which I provided. The order had unfortunately dispatched before they could change the delivery address. They contacted me, and let me know if I could not collect the order that they were happy to dispatch another order to me, which they have now done. Customer service was fast and accommodating. Good price for the product I had ordered would recommend.

Ordered a jacket for my son but received xs when I wanted large...they sent be a return code and then sent me the right size they were very helpful and I was very pleased with the service and would recommend this shopping store to anyone

I purchased trackpants from Power Goods and had issues with very poor manufacturing with the product. For £75, the standard of quality is incredibly low.

I really love their clothes, but the quality does not match the money that you pay. I bought some nylon shorts, within 2 weeks threads started coming undone. Please Blacksmith, if you're going to charge the prices that you do, please focus a little more on the quality of your products or reduce the prices that you charge.

I had an issue with an item I ordered and the customer service was first rate. When I did get the item I'd ordered the quality of the shirt itself was really good too. Really responsive customer service, no machines, speaking to a human and swift responses through email too. Hooray for not being machines.

Completely scammed, bought a cardigan in size M and when I got it the measurements were just like the XXL size instead. Totally unacceptable

Delivery was quick, and the shirt looks exactly as it does online. Removing one star due to how the shirt has been finished; on opening there were multiple threads hanging from multiple area which either had to be pulled, or cut out. The quality of the fabric itself is great, it just feels as though the item was created in a hurry.

From start to finish Ben made the process complete.
I had a blank canvas and wanted two gates to fit onto my garden folly.
What was a dream became reality today when my gates arrived. I love them

Item was too small, so intended to return item. I also reordered correct size before knowing if you use the returns portal they credit you £6 if you do an exchange.
I emailed the team to cancel my new order so I could use the returns portal. Got to say the support I got from the team was first class customer service. Would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat.

I had a small fault with a pair of trousers.
Blacksmith customer service were super responsive and resolved the issue in rapid time.

Its honestly one of my favourite brands, and they didn't let me down with their exceptional customer service from both Jack and Georgie, who helped me when I couldn't find a DPD dropoff locally that would accept my parcel, they changed my Paid Postage to Royal Mail.

I honestly couldn't praise them enough.

Blacksmith have quickly become the make of my favourite shirt plus other go to staples in my wardrobe. The customer service is excellent, very speedy and friendly. Highly recommended.

While there was an initial issue with my order, I reached out to the team and Charlie resolved it swiftly and professionally. We all know that issues happen from time to time, but the true test of a company is how they handle them—and they passed with flying colors. The products themselves are great quality. Happy to recommend!

I’m leaving a review for both products AND service.
Bought a cap and shorts in preparation for an early spring. Shorts a little big so needed to exchange. Whole process was easy but I did find myself just checking in to see how long it would be before I received the replacement. Turns out all was sorted and ready to roll with impeccable communication throughout.
The clobber I bought was perfectly utilitarian, uncomplicated and finely made.
Exactly what I was looking for!
Went back to buy a couple of T-shirts soon after and they are the best I’ve ever pulled over my head!
