€441 PAID, 47 DAYS WAITING, NO DELIVERY, NO TRACKING, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Black or Green, Spain.
On August 30, 2026, I placed an order for two custom seatbelt webbing reels for a MINI Cooper and a Volkswagen Up!
I paid €400 for the products plus €41 for international shipping to Greece — €441 in total.
Today, October 16, 47 DAYS LATER, I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING.
In early October, I contacted the company via WhatsApp and was informed that one of my reels had been completed.
Since then, absolutely nothing has happened from the customer's perspective. No shipping confirmation, no tracking number, no estimated dispatch date.
I sent further WhatsApp messages on October 7 and October 14. Neither message has even been read, let alone answered.
I am a professional in the automotive repair industry. I understand that custom manufacturing can take time. What I cannot understand or accept is accepting full payment, charging for international shipping, and then leaving a customer completely without information.
BLACK OR GREEN: WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS?
You have received my money. You have confirmed that at least one product was manufactured. Yet I still have no information about when my order will be shipped.
I am not interested in more vague promises. I WANT THE TWO PRODUCTS I PAID FOR TO BE DISPATCHED IMMEDIATELY, WITH A VALID TRACKING NUMBER.
I am sharing my experience publicly so that other customers, especially international buyers, know what can happen after paying in advance.
Extremely poor communication, completely unacceptable customer service, and a deeply disappointing purchasing experience.
I will update this review if the company finally ships my order and provides proof of dispatch.
