Cancelled my Preorder
I preordered a couple boxes many months ago and money had been taken from my account and on hold since.
They originally experienced delivery delays which I accepted, they reduced my order from 2 boxes to 1 which I replied to say I was okay with. They then canceled my order with no apology or justification. Altogether a terrible experience.

Besvarelse fra Blackmillcollectables
Sorry that you had a bad experience with the fulfillment of the prismatic surprise box. We had originally been allocated a lot more than we ended up getting.
We did first have a limit of 2 per customer; however, we then had to correct this to 1 per customer once we were told about our allocation cut. As we were selling the product at RRP and not the inflated price, this then took orders for 2 below the £30 free shipping threshold. Due to this, we needed confirmation from customers that they were happy for us to either add a £2.99 shipping fee or take another item to make the order back up to £30.
We understand that you had sent a reply confirming that you would be happy with paying the extra shipping; however, we never actually received this, as we showed in the email trail. As we were under the impression you hadn't replied, we sent a follow-up email asking you to confirm what you would like to do, or we would cancel your order after 24 hours.
As you then did not reply to that email after 24 hours, we cancelled your order for the box and sent a full refund. We wish we could have fulfilled the order for you, but sadly we were put in this position due to low allocations on this line and then a technical issue causing us to never receive 1 of your emails.

Exceptional
Pokastore has always been brilliant with their products and have brought great happiness to myself and especially my younger brother. I recently ordered a Mystery box and the volume and value of it was exceptional. The customer service is also 11 out of 10.

Brilliant
This company is absolutely amazing!!! I used to shop on other sites like total cards and chaos cards but after experiences with stock I found pokastore!! They have never let me down fulfilling my orders, they are always friendly when you have a question that needs answering, and the 10 percent deposit you can make on a pre order is fantastic and helps me spread the cost. This company is my go to place for Pokémon now, the packaging is also great never had a damaged item, and I love the pokastore tape they use!

Cards arrived in good time
Cards arrived in good time , packageing could have been better as they weren’t very protected ( sleeves then bound back to back to a cardboard sheet ) and some form of plastic shell / slab would be a great addition
