buongiorno. ho programmato questo tour fi 4 giorni a Luxor dall'italia, cercando su varie piattaforme e chiedi informazioni sui prezzi. mi ha contattato il sig. tour del cammello nero di ahmed della. mi è piaciuto dubito la sua impostazione professionale. insieme ad ahmed abbiamo impostato il tour su quello che volevo vedere. mi ha fatto un preventivo di spesa ed ho accettato. Arrivato a luxor mi ha contattato un altro manager che mi ha deddagliato tutto il nistro tour e il prezzio finale non è cambiato. la guida che mi e stata assegnata era Nagla, donna molto prearata in egittologia parlante in italiano come avevamo patuito. con lei ho mofificato leggermente il tour per semplificare e rendere più fluifo il tour, anche il driver era molto bravo, purttoppo le strade nonndono piacevoli non per colpa sua. voto 10

I booked the ‘Full-day private tour with lunch and transfer’.
I was picked up on time and the driver did a great job overall, getting us safely to our destinations.

My tour guide Zainab, who introduced herself to everyone as Rosa, was unfortunately mediocre at best. She was able to say a little about all the places we visited, but she didn't have any in-depth knowledge and couldn't explain any historical contexts to me. I could have read what she told me on Wikipedia myself, which is not why I book a guided tour.
A visit to the Hanging Church was part of the programme. We did visit churches in the Coptic quarter, but not the Hanging Church. I even asked her later if one of the churches we visited was the Hanging Church, which she confirmed. After doing my own research later, I found out that this was a lie and that we had not been to the Hanging Church. She couldn't tell me anything about any of the churches because, according to her, she had never been to a church before...
On the contrary, in the churches I suddenly found myself in the role of a guide and explained something to her.
For a tourist guide, that's a poor performance by Rosa/Zainab.

Lunch was good, even though I had hoped for a less touristy restaurant.

The tour itinerary has potential if you have never been to Cairo and just want to take great photos, but Zainab/Rosa was unfortunately not suitable as a guide who is supposed to impart knowledge.

**Black Camel Tour – A Complete Scam! Beware!**

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with **Black Camel Tour** was so terrible that I had to speak out and warn others. If you’re thinking of booking with them, **please stop and read this first**. They ruined my trip, extorted money from me, and took advantage of me in every way possible.

### **$300 Extortion**
I booked my desert tour **two months in advance** and paid $100 through a platform (LAS). The owner messaged me right after booking, seeming polite and helpful, but it was all part of his manipulation.

The day before the tour, he suddenly **canceled my booking** and told me to cancel it. I was desperate because it was for my wife’s birthday, so I begged him to reopen the tour. That’s when he extorted me for an additional **$300**, turning a $100 tour into a $400 nightmare. I had no choice but to pay. He **hijacked my special day** and used it as leverage to take more money.

### **$50 Scam by the Driver**
Their driver, Mohammed, added insult to injury by **scamming me out of $50**. He convinced me to buy “special olive oil,” which turned out to be completely worthless. This was the tipping point for me—I realized this entire company is built on scamming tourists.

### **Fake Reviews Everywhere**
I’m certain that **most of the reviews you see on Instagram, Facebook, and trusted platforms like TripAdvisor are completely fake**. These people probably spend a lot of money to post glowing reviews and drown out the honest ones. But trust me on this: **this company is a scam from top to bottom**.

### **DM Me for Proof**
I have photos and all the details of how they scammed me. If you’re considering booking with them, **DM me, and I’ll send you everything**. My only goal is to warn others and stop this from happening again.

### **Final Warning**
Egypt is an incredible place, but **Black Camel Tour** tarnishes its beauty with shady practices and predatory behavior. **Book with them at your own peril.** Trust me—you deserve better.

We had an amazing trip with Balck Camel yours to Alexandria. Our tour guide Omer was not only excellent in terms of knowledge of history of the place but also happened to be an amazing photographer. Lunch was amazing and the whole tour was smoothly arranged including the pickups and drops.

Guide Hassan Moghrapy is knowledgeable and helpful. We are grateful to have him in one day luxor trip.

Guide Khaled is the most knowledgeable guide I ever met! He has sufficed experience and knowledge for all of the temples and tourist attractions. Also he is really warm and considerable, making us feel like home. If you want to deeply learn about the old Egyptian culture, don’t hesitate to contact him, and you will learn a lot from him.

We used Black Camel Tours to provide a transfer from Vienna airport to our hotel and back. Jacqueline was very quick to reply to messages and very helpful. Everything went smoothly.

Our guide Khaled and driver give us a wonderful and tailor-made experience across west and east bank despite the hot weather. Always with the cold drink and lovely gifts .

Our guide Emad went above and beyond to make our tour customized to our interests and make us feel safe and comfortable. Despite it being over 107 degrees Fahrenheit outside he ensured we were able to travel at our own pace with time for pictures rest and also understanding when to shorten the path because it was so hot, and call our driver to pick us up immediately. He was great and took care of us from peddlers so they won’t bother us - which made us feel safe. A great time. Truly recommend it. One request would just be if they can accept credit card payments. Carrying cash and then paying at the end makes me nervous. Would rather get the payments completed before by card and not worry about getting charged for what by the end.

Thank you for your team, the tour guide who are Omar and Khaled, they made me a good day in Cairo and Luxor, they helped us to take lots of amazing pictures and wiling to tell us the history about Egypt. And the team is also efficient and helpful, they can solve the problem and doubt from me immediately.
