The garden furniture arrived 4 weeks early,
I got a telephone call to ask if this was convenient for me, the caller was polite and friendly.
The Rattan furniture was easy to assemble and is top quality.

Easy ordering, help at hand if you need questions answered. Quick delivery and nice choice of products. Quite often have deals on their website, good quality furniture and hard to beat on price . Handy they have a shop local to me so I can view the items in person. Friendly helpful staff 😁

I have bought several things from Blackbridge Furnishings in the past few weeks and found the staff in the Inverness store to have been friendly and helpful while keeping a good wit.

In the past few weeks I have bought a nest of tables, a tv stand and two couches, a 3 seater recliner and a 2 seater sofa.

The staff are to be commended for the customer friendly approach.

Great local business with a fantastic sale on! We purchased a lovely sofa with a good deal. We had a good wander around the store which had some really good sale items. The staff were great, very friendly and knowledgable especially sammy. Would recommend this store

My wife and I recently, mid January, purchased bedroom furniture from the Elgin store. The salesman/manager in Elgin was very helpful and pleasant so no problems there. We took two small cabinets home on the day and one of the cabinets was damaged so we informed the store in Elgin and got a replacement the next day, the paintwork on the rear was damaged on the replacement but we decided to wait until the rest of our order was delivered before doing anything. When the chest of drawers and the bed were delivered the drawers were damaged and scratched in several places, the build quality was really poor, we never even took the bed out of the packaging. I informed the Elgin store and advised them that I did not wish to keep this furniture in view of the condition and asked for a full money refund. I was asked to take pictures of the damage and send them to 'Customer Services' in Inverness which I did. I heard nothing and tried to get a phone number for Customer Services and was told to go through sales, I dont believe there even is Customer Services, each time I phoned Inverness I was greeted by a very rude female who fobbed me off each time I phoned.Not once did I get receive communications from this company I had to call each time to get any updates. In the end I reverted to the Elgin store who organised the refund, which I eventually recieved on 7th of March. Not a great buying experience with Blackbridge Furnishings, particularly with the lack of communication and the dealings I had with the female in sales at Inverness, perhaps she might benefit from some further training in how to deal with customers.

Recently purchased a three piece suite from Black Bridge Furnishings. Excellent service from a locally owned shop. Items arrived and were delivered in good time with the delivery drivers helping with assembly. First class service from a local shop that I will definitely use again.

Great staff very knowledgeable couldn’t be more helpful dealt with Craig pleasant easy to deal with placed order for furniture and bed and delivered exactly on the date promised. Definitely highly recommended shop will be back again.

I recently used blackbridge furnishings and they were great to deal with. All my furniture was delivered on time as promised by the manager Craig when I ordered. You will have future custom from me in future. Top service 👍🏻

I paid for sofas on 1st October 2021, that were already on order for store stock, and I was given a delivery date of 18th November. This came and went, as has the next 2 promised delivery dates. Their Ts and Cs say delivery leads time can vary by up to 4 weeks, it has now been 10 weeks, so they have totally breached their own Ts and Cs. I requested a refund, as they have failed to deliver on 3 occasions, and am now being ignored.

I always go to Blackbridge Furnishings, as it’s a local company, their quality of products, friendly and helpful staff, and whenever I’ve gone in to place an order I was able to either collect fairly quickly or arrange a delivery, that was in a matter of weeks. If there was a delay (during Covid), they kept me informed.
