Very happy with purchase although returns could be simpler
Very happy with purchase, although I did have to return an Item because it ran too big for me.
I was happy enough to return the item, I just found it was a bit of a hassle to do so.
There was no paperwork with my delivery, nor a purchase confirmation email so I had to send a message through the website, and then wait on their response.
The website has no instructions for returns, hence why I had to message them directly to request this service.
Because I did not receive a confirmation email, I was lucky that my customer order number was written on the postage box, otherwise I don't know whether they would have had a job of locating me as a recent customer?.
Luckily I had not discarded the packaging.
